We choose Hotel Bennett to give us some much needed away time from home and to celebrate our Anniversary. From the moment we walked in the staff was kind and very hospitable. I enjoyed the craftsman ship and detail in the Lobby and other areas. Our room was very fresh and clean. The location is wonderful and surrounded by many great restaurants and shops to choose from. We have had a great experience our first night here and are very pleased with everything.
Our family experience at Hotel Bennett in Charleston, South Carolina, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The concierge services were phenomenal, helping us plan our days with precision and even securing hard-to-get dinner reservations. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and comfortable, and the servers at the on-site restaurant provided impeccable dining experiences each day. A truly magical touch was the elves who made an appearance, adding a whimsical charm to our stay—something you won’t find anywhere else! Hotel Bennett has set a new standard for hospitality. I cannot recommend it enough and will absolutely return on my next trip to Charleston. Thank you for making our visit so unforgettable!
Hotel Bennett was one of the best hotels my wife and I have ever stayed at! We stayed here on our honeymoon (as an LGBTQ couple) in September 2023 and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of perfect. Through the room we booked, we had access to the King's Club which was a GAME CHANGER! It was great for breakfast, light bites, and drinks any time of day! We were there often for sunsets and to hear the church bells across the street. Through the package we booked, we also received a dining credit to the hotel restaurant (The Gabrielle) which was amazing! The spa on sight was fabulous (great staff and ambiance there as well). The hotel is perfectly located on King Street and we loved being able to quickly run back to our hotel during the day while exploring Charleston. We cannot wait to come back for our 5 year anniversary!
Went to Hotel Bennett with my husband so he could show.me the lobby when he works. The staff was very nice. Charlie gave us all a glass of champagne and some other things for us. Adam was very kind suggested we go to the rooftop bar and have a good time and show us around. Andrew and Christian were at the door to let us in and out...I wasn't even a guest and the hospitality was amazing. Thank you fells for everything you do. Will definitely return for events.
Wow, what an incredible experience, I had a friend in town visiting along with several other friends who live here. As a resident in chs I am always looking for new and quality places to take friends and family when visiting. We popped into Hotel Bennett for one drink. Three hours later we were enjoying the patio with a fire. The service was exceptional and drinks were amazing. Molly and Logan went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had such a great time there, I recommend it to anyone living or visiting Charleston. Such a great experience! We will be back!
