Highly recommend Shawna for Therapy. She’s helped me with more things than I could list here. Her demeanor is comforting and confident. Shawna is a professional! I’m so thankful for her. She’s located in a perfect area downtown Charleston that is easily accessible.

Shawna was my therapist from 2016 or 2017 until recently when I felt that I no longer needed therapy. She’s helped me recover from a divorce and navigate starting a new relationship after, helped me deal with grief when one of my cats died suddenly, and helped me recognize that I have anxiety and learn how to deal with it. She’s kind and listens well and is always supportive, but has also always pushed back when I needed it. I have always felt safe talking with her about anything and could always tell that she really cares and is there to help. Shawna’s also been very flexible and helpful in terms of scheduling. When I started working with her, it was in person, but later we met over Zoom after I moved away, and it was equally helpful. We’ve started and stopped meeting multiple times as my life went through ups and downs, and I know I can always reach out to her again and she’ll be ready to help. I’m very thankful that I had Shawna’s help through some tough times and I think I am a stronger, more stable, and happier person for it ❤️

I have never been to therapy before Shawna. And she truly is amazing. She makes you feel comfortable right from the start and helps me each session. she gives real advice, and tells me the hard truth. I highly recommend her. She has truly made me feel like one of her own! #therapy

Shawna is the best therapist! She has a nice office in downtown Charleston with a good atmosphere, and she always makes you feel comfortable in the space. Seeing her has been my first good experience with therapy, she is compassionate, professional, and always helps find workable solutions to obstacles. We have truly gotten so much out of our therapy sessions with Shawna! She is very compassionate and has a wonderful approach with her techniques. The office space is centrally located in downtown Charleston which is super convenient as well.
