This is the spot to workout in Charleston. Mike and Latasha are amazing people who unlike a lot of other gyms engage with their athletes and treat them amazingly. Great location in the middle of downtown and always a fun group of people to hang out and workout with.
Great place to drop in while visiting Charleston with my wife. Highlights of my week at this location included: smaller class sizes, which allowed the great coaching staff to be very attentive even to a drop-in, varied programming with plenty of scaling options and coaches who can customize scales for your needs, varied ability levels of membership so that the atmosphere is comfortable for all skill levels. This gym is very welcoming and laid back. Their pricing is reasonable...1 week Pl a shirt was $100. The owner is passionate about crossfit and, when coaching, works hard to make sure everyone leaves a little bit better than when they walked in. Highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting the city who wants a more casual, supportive atmosphere to get your workouts in while away from home.
Visited Holy City CrossFit while in town visiting for a couple days. The owner was very responsive to my emails and the early morning class was a great way to start my day. The people were friendly and the coach Latasha was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable and gave me a ton of options for modifications, as well as some really good feedback. Great CrossFit gym to drop in!
Visiting from out of town and walked in on a whim. Was greeted by Coach/Owner Matt, who walked me through the workout and scaling options. Class was efficient and warm ups and cooldowns were effective and well executed. Got in a great workout - will definitely be dropping in again when I’m back in town. Thanks again!
The coaches and owner at holy city CrossFit are top notch! Great for drop ins while visiting the Charleston area. The white board discussion is always fun and they’re always interested what you’re doing in and out of the gym. Great warm up, workout and cool down instructions. 5 stars all around!!
