We have used Hero for a few years now. They are absolutely fantastic. Available when needed and reasonably priced. We have regular maintenance and its kept our systems running smooth. Our tech Logan H. performed maintenance yesterday and was great. Friendly, explained everything that was to be done and efficient.

We had our annual inspection this week. Logan H. was the technician. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was polite and told me throughout the process everything he was doing on all three of the units in our home. Great job Logan H., and Hero Heating and Air for having Quality People and great service.

Great Service from Hero Heating and Air. We originally used them to redo our ductwork in our HVAC closet since it was done improperly by another company use actually placed the new unit. We joined the service club at that point because we’d be silly not to AND it comes with the maintenance calls (I suggest you get that program) Today was our first service appointment and Dalton was fantastic - on time, super thorough and seemed like an overall, really good dude. Appreciate the wonderful service we have received from Hero, this far. Quick update. Just got an email with pics tied to my completion invoice. Amazing addition to actually see how the system looks and have it documented.

Hero Heating and Air was recommended by a realtor friend and I couldn’t recommend them more. Logan helped figure out a condensation problem on his initial visit and did another maintenance visit today. They are reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Great experiences with Hero. The most recent was Scott quickly diagnosing and fixing an issue on a service call that another HVAC company was preparing to charge us $1000+ to fix. Thanks again Scott!
