I was so thrilled I found Tammy to help me with getting a bedroom rug, 2 outdoor chairs, outdoor rug, and coffee table. She is terrific with computer room drawings and can get the right furnishings to fit. She is an enthusiastic designer and has such an eye for the big picture. I feel so lucky! I love that Charleston has these beautiful shops in West Ashley, Mt.P and Kiawah. I absolutely could not have done this without Tammy.and GDC Home. I cannot believe all my loose ends have come together and I am free! Except now, I want to do another room.
Lynn was incredibly helpful in transforming a room in our home! She helped me select unique pieces that complement the items I already have, creating a cohesive and personalized space. The entire process was so much fun and enjoyable thanks to her expertise! The store itself has such beautiful furniture and decor - definitely worth a visit!
Lovely store and so much fun to look around. Only gave four stars tho because there was a sign when we went in advertising the Memorial Day sale. We thought it was still on even tho it was the day after, as we had just visited Gwynn’s and they still had theirs going on. When we checked out and asked the sales associate why we didn’t get the discount on our small items, instead of just giving it to us and apologizing, she said she’d call the guys in the back and have them take down the sign!
We had a great experience with GDC, primarily due to Kaitlyn Sharp! She was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and very responsive. She helped us find the perfect rugs for our new home. GDC has a really large selection of the type of furniture that you want for the Charleston/Beach area!
GDC is hands down my favorite home and design store! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly faces and surrounded by the most beautiful, thoughtfully curated pieces. I’ve furnished much of my own home with GDC items, and as a local realtor, I always recommend it to my clients as well. Lynn Sabatini is an incredible Design Consultant—she has impeccable taste, a warm personality, and a true gift for listening and understanding her clients’ needs.
