My family stayed at the French Quarter Inn for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year’s. We had 3 different types of rooms and everyone loved theirs (Grand Market View Terrace Full Suite, Traditional King, and Traditional Queen). The rooms were very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. I don’t love having to go out for breakfast, so we took advantage of having ours delivered most days. The service was great from everyone we encountered, and the location can’t be beat. The hotel is really nice but not stuffy. We will definitely return!
We just returned from Charleston where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. We are so happy that we were referred to the French Quarter. It was one of the best Inns we ever stayed at. They really helped us to enjoy our anniversary and made us feel special. Everyone at the INN was extremely helpful and friendly - pure southern hospitality. They really make you feel that they care about you. The service was exceptional. As for our room, it was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, wifi was perfect, toiletries were excellent and I felt I was as comfortable if I was in own home. They are centrally located and very easy to walk to most of the main sites such as the harbor, rainbow row, the Market, Pineapple fountain etc. There are also so many restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. We will be coming back to Charleston and will only stay at this Inn - we liked it that much. Thank you for top notch service and helping celebrate our anniversary.
I’ve stayed at various hotels in Charleston over the past 20 years since going to the College of Charleston and was looking for a nice option for my wife and I to get away for two nights. Went with this hotel based on reviews and it exceeded expectations. The location is perfect - a half block off Market Street and a block away from the historic St. Phillip’s Church. From the valet attendant’s to the champagne check-in, afternoon wine/cheese, evening cookies, the included, multiple-option breakfast delivered to your room and stunning view of St. Phillip’s Church from our room, we could not have asked for a better stay. We will most certainly be back in the future.
Stayed here in August 2024 and had an absolutely amazing experience. The customer service here is top notch and it flowed through every single staff member there. They did everything they could to make our stay great. The breakfast that is included is phenomenal - not your typical basic breakfast. There were 4 or 5 different options and all were really good. It's a boutique hotel, so smaller and more intimate. The rooms were great and very clean. Staff turned down the room twice daily and left fresh cans of water and some snacks for the kids. Lobby had water, lemonade coffee, tea, etc all day long and free cookies and brownies at night. Lastly, location is unbeatable. In the heart of the French Quarter near all the touristy stuff. Would 100% recommend and will 100% be coming back.
Fantastic service and close to everything! Rated one of Charleston‘s best for a reason. Very nice breakfast included, cocktail hour in the lobby each evening, and milk and cookies at bedtime! And how about a pillow menu?? Loved it and highly recommend.
