Stayed here in August 2024 and had an absolutely amazing experience. The customer service here is top notch and it flowed through every single staff member there. They did everything they could to make our stay great. The breakfast that is included is phenomenal - not your typical basic breakfast. There were 4 or 5 different options and all were really good. It's a boutique hotel, so smaller and more intimate. The rooms were great and very clean. Staff turned down the room twice daily and left fresh cans of water and some snacks for the kids. Lobby had water, lemonade coffee, tea, etc all day long and free cookies and brownies at night. Lastly, location is unbeatable. In the heart of the French Quarter near all the touristy stuff. Would 100% recommend and will 100% be coming back.
My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this gem of a hotel! Nestled in a prime location, it's just steps away from a bustling market and a short, delightful stroll to incredible restaurants and shopping. The rooms are a true haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep even in the heart of the action. The staff goes above and beyond with their friendly and attentive service. One highlight was the complimentary breakfast, which you place your order the night before and have delivered right to your door each morning – talk about a perfect start to the day! Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this hotel is a fantastic choice. You'll be immersed in the city's vibrant energy while enjoying a tranquil retreat at the end of each day. Highly recommend!
I love this place. We went for our Anniversary. My husband found the hotel, read the reviews, and booked it. Our room was a good size. Bathroom is large and I like that. Beautiful setting right in the downtown area. You can walk to the Market, shops and eating establishments. Loved the breakfast, wine, and cheese in the afternoon and cookies and milk at night. The lemonade, tea, ice water, and coffee service all day long was a nice touch also. The lemonade after a walk in the warm weather was very refreshing. A very welcoming place to stay. Southern hospitality is alive and well here.
Enjoyed a weekend at The French Quarter Inn and had a wonderful stay. From the valet arrival, to the nightly wine and snack reception happening when we arrived, everything was great. The guestroom was spacious and very clean. Breakfast wither in your room or buffet is included in your stay. A wonderful way to experience Charleston.
Mom and I stayed in the French Quarter Inn for a mother/daughter trip. I was highly impressed with the customer service, the attention to detail, and the complimentary services! The location was very convenient! When we arrived, our room was immaculate and so welcoming. I've stayed at 5 star hotels and I must admit, this hotel left a lasting impression. The ONLY reason I did not give this location 5 stars is because we found some of the dishes in the dining area that were not clean. We went through multiple plates that contained dried, old food on them. Other than that, I will stay at this location again!
