Lauren always does such a beautiful manicure! She collaborates with me on colors and designs, which makes it such a fun experience. The salon is always clean and all the staff is friendly. I won’t go anywhere else!
Every pedicure I've received at Freecoat has been amazing. The staff is always happy and cheerful. I love that Dazzle Dry is offered and no fumes!! The owner is so sweet and even ordered my favorite Dazzle Dry color when I mentioned they didn't have it!
I chose freecoat because it has non toxic products. I was thoroughly disappointed by the service. When we got there, we were told we were 5 min late and cant get all the services we had selected. Alright, our bad but then couple artists had a non-welcoming attitude towards us. It was like they were doing us a favor. There was one artist who was very very nice and helpful. Overall, I am not sure if I want to go back. The products are good but the service no so! The owner here says he/she reached out to me. To this date, no one has reached out to me.
My parents and I had a wonderful experience at freecoat nails. We needed a day to relax in the midst of the holidays while we were traveling in Charleston. The pedicures were lovely and the nail technicians did everything they could to accommodate our needs. A highlight for me was the complimentary glass of rosé they provided! They were also extremely sweet and enjoyable to talk to.
Lovely experience and great staff! Everyone was super friendly and loved that it’s a toxin free salon. Great quality too! Loved how my gel pedicure turned out that I immediately booked a manicure appointment. I think I found my new salon!
