The crew and Fox+Den is always so inviting and I feel ralaxed walking into the salon, even on the most hectic of day. Alena always recommends the best products for my hair and carries them there. Many other salons I have gone to in the past use so many unapproachable products that I can't keep straight, but Alena keeps it simple for my hair type. She makes good recommendations when I am looking for a change, but doesn't push me out of my comfort zone.
This place is a true gem! Ryan gave me the best haircut I’ve had in years, and the environment is incredible. I went in as a walk in with 15 minutes notice and was met with the warmest hospitality in Charleston. I left feeling great and have gotten so many compliments on my hair!
I often salon hop, but finally decided it was time to find a home salon! I filled out the fox den info sheet and someone contacted me right away, was extremely pleasant, and accommodating on schedule. I got to see Hannah yesterday for my hair and absolutely love her work, I gave her a very vague “I need a little change” description and she took it, ran with it and made. It. HAPPEN!! I am SO thrilled with the results! The “homey” feel the salon gave me- I truly felt comfortable chatting with everyone from stylists to customers. Thank you so much, Hannah, I will be back !
I am visiting from out of town and needed to get a cut and color. Ryan did my hair and she was fantastic. She was friendly and listened to my needs as this was the first time in the salon. The salon is adorable and very welcoming.
