LOVE THIS PLACE!! I’ve been going to Form for almost two years and I can’t stay away. The instructors are all so helpful and supportive and the community is everything! Lagree works your body like no other workout and I truly feel so much stronger walking out of each and every class!
We went to Charleston for my sister’s bachelorette and took a private Pilates class at Form - I can’t say enough good things about it!! Our instructor, Casey, was so sweet and made the class fun and easy to follow along to. They even put together the cutest goody bags for our group and had a bottle of bubbly for the Bride to pop at the end of the class. Highly recommend booking a private class at Form or even just popping in for a class! Definitely a highlight of our trip!
FORM is the best workout on the market. When I’m out of town, I miss it. I notice changes in not only my physique, but mentally, very quickly after a few classes. The instructors and team are all amazing. You’ll find something new every time you go, and they’re insightful and knowledgeable about the LAGREE method. Everyone is welcome. Go FORM!
Had an amazing time! My group and I rented out the studio for a private session to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette. Champagne and goodie bags were provided, and the studio was decorated with balloons! So cute. Casey, our instructor, was so kind and helpful, as it was half of everyone’s first time on a megaformer. 10/10 would come back again!
Nicole was great! She did an awesome job orienting me to the equipment and was very knowledgeable about how to do the movements correctly. The class was very challenging but Nicole’s cues were clear and super helpful. I highly recommend her classes! I Will be returning for more!
