We went to Charleston for my sister’s bachelorette and took a private Pilates class at Form - I can’t say enough good things about it!! Our instructor, Casey, was so sweet and made the class fun and easy to follow along to. They even put together the cutest goody bags for our group and had a bottle of bubbly for the Bride to pop at the end of the class. Highly recommend booking a private class at Form or even just popping in for a class! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Had an amazing time! My group and I rented out the studio for a private session to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette. Champagne and goodie bags were provided, and the studio was decorated with balloons! So cute. Casey, our instructor, was so kind and helpful, as it was half of everyone’s first time on a megaformer. 10/10 would come back again!

I have nothing but good things to say about this studio! I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and feel so comfortable and motivated to work out. Whitney, Casey, and Drew at the front desk are so sweet and make me feel at home coming here. I’ve brought my friends and boyfriend with me to a few classes and men and women alike enjoy it! It’s a hard work out but so fun and well worth the price. It’s a safe space for beginners since the energy is so welcoming and non judgmental. I don’t see myself going anywhere else for a good workout class anytime soon!

This place is amazing! The instructors are so welcoming and help to get you situated before class starts. All of the moves are demonstrated and the instructor makes sure to place you near someone that you can watch if you are confused. Will definitely be coming back!

Lagree is the best workout I have found. It is challenging in the best way! This studio is beautiful and in the best location! Everyone is very welcoming, supportive and friendly. Love you form 🤍
