I had an incredible experience at Firestone on James Island! I unexpectedly needed my tire replaced same day and despite being very busy, they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. All of the staff was extremely kind and fun to interact with, especially Karl! Thank you so much, Karl, you really saved the day! This was my first time going to Firestone and my husband and I agreed we will definitely be back for future services.

I had a stellar experience at Firestone James Island. The workers were friendly & informative and helped educate me on why my car needed an alignment which helped me realize I may have been taken advantage of by my Toyota dealership. I told them I needed my car the same day when they were asking about the possibility of having it be the next day and they stayed late to get the job done. Thank you so much.

This is the absolute worst location in the Lowcountry. My wife and I have been bringing vehicles there for over five years and had nothing but good experiences up until the past year. All the integrity left when they service manager left and now it’s nothing but knuckleheads with no clue .Dropped my truck off this morning After going in on Friday and scheduling an appointment for a set of four new tires, That they said they had in stock at the time fire stone brand tires. 3:30 in the afternoon they call me and say sorry, sir. We don’t have four tires. Frustrated I go up there and pick up my truck to find the technician Carson watching videos on his phone while Tightening the Lugnuts back on my truck rim still with old tires . My wife addressed the situation and said you could probably get stuff done a whole lot better if your technician was not looking at his phone . 20 minutes after I arrived home, Ben decided to call me and tell me he would no longer work on my vehicle because my wife was rude. The worst most unprofessional experience I have ever had at fire stone. You really screwed up when you let Madison leave .Ben at Firestone on James Island is nothing close to what Madison used to provide for your customers . You lost 4 vehicles today that we brought there religiously and I will tell everyone how horrible this establishment is.

I had a slow leak and stopped to have it fixed. They were backed up and let me know that they would not be able to look at it until the next day. They offered to add air to the tire and suggested 2 other places to go to. One of their suggestions was not busy, found the leak, and plugged the hole. Thanks Firestone. I will remember that level of service. Cheers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Firestone had my car for 3 days because it needed an alignment. When my car was returned I was told it needed $2,000 in repairs. The car was not aligned either. Upon taking my car elsewhere, I was told the repairs Firestone claimed my car needed were inaccurate, and they were able to properly fix my car. I have also had the issues they recommended being fixed checked two other times to ensure it was okay, and both said it was not a problem. After trying to get reimbursed for the alignment I paid for but was not done, I was told they did it to the best of their ability based on the issues they recommended getting fixed. Recommendations I was told 3 other times weren’t a problem with my car. I felt extremely taken advantage of. DO NOT GO HERE! This was an absolutely terrible experience. They are not trustworthy.
