Besides some issues making the appointment thru the Tire Rack website I have only positive things to say. My appointment was at 10am and no later then 10:05 the work on my car actually started. It took about 2 and a half hours to complete which is more then reasonable since it entailed mounting and balancing of 4 new tires and an alignment. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back to this location for any tire work in the future.
Rachel, Ben, and Rodney were amazing! I was in a pickle and had a flat tire at 6 PM – they stayed after their shifts had ended to help me change my tire and then got me in the next day for a new one. They went above and beyond and made me feel safe when I had no one else to help me. If I could give 10 stars I would. thank you so much guys!
Carl and his crew helped me replace a tire on a busy Saturday as I was trying to get back home to Charlotte. They were fast and SO kind. Than yall SO much!
Rodney and his crew were amazing! I came in with two flat tires (found out it was actually 3) and he was able to diagnose my car, and even made the time to change out all of my tires for me! They even worked past closing time to ensure that I was safe on the road! I can't recommend this place enough, and PLEASE ask for Rodney...he was AMAZING!
I had an incredible experience at Firestone on James Island! I unexpectedly needed my tire replaced same day and despite being very busy, they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. All of the staff was extremely kind and fun to interact with, especially Karl! Thank you so much, Karl, you really saved the day! This was my first time going to Firestone and my husband and I agreed we will definitely be back for future services.
