This review is about the distillery as a concert venue; the distillery was closed for the day so I can't say anything about the actual distillery.
The venue is great, tons of open spaces, it was so nice to have the GA area separated into "blankets" and standing. It made for having a great view of the band no matter where you were. Great variety of food trucks and snacks, as well as vendors selling alcohol/sodas/boiled pnuts/water etc. I would make the drive again for future concerts at this location. Easy parking. Tons of seating. Nice flat grassy field.

This is a great smaller venue! It was my first time here and it was nice. The parking situation was easy if you got there early enough, and if not, they do have a shuttle you take you from the other parking area. Inside the venue, there is plenty of room to stay back from the stage and not be crowded, or you can easily get close to the stage area if that's your thing! I definitely hope to go back in the future!

Came down to do a tasting today and had a great time. Ended up meeting the master distiller/owner Jim. Our bartender for the tasting was very knowledgeable and knew the liquors like the back of her hand. We even ended up purchasing a bottle of the Bend & Steel and got Jim to autograph it for us. Will definitely be back again...

Great venue for a concert. Expect the bathroom situation and drinks.
Need a building. Outhouses were not to the call.
Max 2000 ppl venue shouldn't be so long a wait for drinks. Prepare accordingly.

Would recommend this for locals and tourists. Great spot for getting together and having a good time. You get to figure out what you like. I started by stopping by the food truck on Spurll Ave. and got lunch before we went to the tasting. The chilli dog was amazing, and my husband cheese burger was delicious. The tasting included 6 different alcohol, including moonshine, vodka, and whiskey. After the tasting, you can have a drink made at the bar while you roam and look at all the products they sell. If you see something you might like, they will let you try it. I definitely recommend the chocolate pecan pie moonshine, and from the bar, the Pixie drink includes strawberry moonshine, lemonade vodka and something else.
