Really good, unassuming place for Asian Fusion! Not as popular as some of the other restaurants around, mainly because it is overdue for a re-model. Looking past that, though, the food is amazing! Fresh Spring rolls were HUGE, dumplings had a lot of flavor, and the Red Curry was more than generous with the portion size. Only complaint about the Red Curry is it could have been more spicy. Service was great as well & prices were more than reasonable.
Would 100% go back when I’m back in Charleston!

Fire Grill offers an unforgettable dining experience, combining exceptional flavors and a welcoming atmosphere. The meal started with a comforting bowl of Miso Soup, rich and savory, with just the right balance. The standout dishes were the Savannah Roll, a sushi roll bursting with fresh, delicate fish and a sweet, tangy sauce, and the Ellis Roll, a crispy tempura roll that provided the perfect crunch and a harmonious blend of creamy filling and savory sauce. Every dish was a testament to the creativity and quality of the kitchen.

The place doesn't have a "hip" atmosphere but that is almost why I immediately knew I was going to like it. The portions were large and affordable with a huge variety of condiments. They got our food out fast and hot. Everything does not come out at the same time so just chill out and enjoy your company. Also if you always get the chicken pad Thai (you know who you are) try the Green curry.

Stumbled on this place walking down King St. Very busy on Friday afternoon, one waitress struggling to care for 18 people! She did great and managed to get our drinks and appetizers then food orders quick. Food was tasty, curry authentic. My complaints; seaweed salad came with lettuce, bad combo; bar seating had you looking into plastic containers instead of being able to see the grills; lots of plastic! Disposable plastic is common use, I prefer use dishes for many of the things like sauce and silverware. Poor customer experience on that but food is very good. Portions are perfect size for a man to eat in a sitting. I recommend this place and hope they will clean up the bar seating area.

Fire Grill is the best asian restaurant!!! I am always very pleased with my meal. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, it was amazing. I love the dumplings and order them almost every time. I can always count on Fire to give me the best meals!
