Everything was great except that the wash didn’t clean my roof at all which is one of the reasons I decided to pay $24 for an automated wash instead of doing it myself at home. Now
I’m out $24 and still have to go home and wash the roof.

The quality of this location has went way downhill. Basic wash use to be $5, now $7. They do zero prep before sending vehicle into tunnel, so every bug that was on when it went in is on when it comes out. Vacuums had almost no suction today. Will not be returning.

The car wash didn't clean my car completely. The carpet cleaner was broken down. Waited over 10 minutes for towels so I could clean my car. Towels never came out. There wasn't a way to wipe down my windows. Also the price is now $10. Don't go here.

Fins was great when it opened. It was $5 for a basic wash. I could afford to pass through and get the dirt off even if I didn’t have time to do more. I went through yesterday and it is now Whistle and is now $10 for the basic. It’s not worth $10.

The car wash experience is fine. It's the checking in that sucks.
Some of the locations have the ability to read your license plate and let you in but this is not one of them.
So, when I tried to scan the barcode, it just doesn't work. I finally figured out that you have to key the barcode number into the machine In order to get the gate to open.
The whole process just seems like it should be easier.
