Everything was great except that the wash didn’t clean my roof at all which is one of the reasons I decided to pay $24 for an automated wash instead of doing it myself at home. Now
I’m out $24 and still have to go home and wash the roof.

The quality of this location has went way downhill. Basic wash use to be $5, now $7. They do zero prep before sending vehicle into tunnel, so every bug that was on when it went in is on when it comes out. Vacuums had almost no suction today. Will not be returning.

Fins was great when it opened. It was $5 for a basic wash. I could afford to pass through and get the dirt off even if I didn’t have time to do more. I went through yesterday and it is now Whistle and is now $10 for the basic. It’s not worth $10.

I went through the West Ashley location. The wash malfunctioned and the large vertical brush hooked the front of my car causing damage to my 21 day old car. If this wasn't bad enough, Fins has never returned any of my phone calls regarding this incident. Every time I went there I was told I had to wait for a call from the manager. I did stop by and speak with someone at the Mount Pleasant location, who was very pleasant and was able to cancel my membership at least. He basically insinuated that it didn't matter, as he'd seen this before and Fins will find a way to say that I purposely caused the problem. (Like I'm going to purposely damage my brand new car)At this point I've given up trying and am going to have to live with the damage until I can afford to fix it myself. I would say this is the worst experience I've ever had with both the service it self and customer service. No communication at all.

Terrible! I took my car there because it was dirty. I left the car wash with my car still dirty, bird droppings and all. I hope the machine was just broken and that they've fixed it since. But, no, I'm not coming back; total waste of $7. I went a few miles further and got a great $7 wash at a Spinx gas station.
