The quality of this location has went way downhill. Basic wash use to be $5, now $7. They do zero prep before sending vehicle into tunnel, so every bug that was on when it went in is on when it comes out. Vacuums had almost no suction today. Will not be returning.

Terrible! I took my car there because it was dirty. I left the car wash with my car still dirty, bird droppings and all. I hope the machine was just broken and that they've fixed it since. But, no, I'm not coming back; total waste of $7. I went a few miles further and got a great $7 wash at a Spinx gas station.

Upon visiting Finn's Car wash on 17 S on Monday July 8th I was very concerned that the entire vacuum system was down, a part of the car wash system was not working so my car was not cleaned. I paid for a subscription membership which is not paying off since AAA sold the business. The staff had no idea when things would be fixed and did not seem to care, no one really is in charge of the car wash. Not a good transfer of ownership!

I want to give a -5!! Terrible service. I paid for the extra tire shine then I asked why my tires didn’t look touched and the “manager” said that it was broken and didn’t offer to refund me. It was left with so much dirt and bugs still stuck on. Terrible terrible. The vacuums don’t suction. Never going again!

I lost a wiper blade and have to replace the arm as well on my rear window, all for $95. Since I didn't notice the missing blade before I left the property, there's no possibility of reimbursement. Every carwash is different and there was no attendant to tape the blade down at the place where I probably lost it. Every location is different with regard to the vacuums, they're not all strong so you have to find a bay with strong suction. Not all the hoses are long enough and not all the mat -washing machines deliver mats that are dry enough to put back in your car. Don't they have routine maintenance? What about their association with AAA? That's supposed to mean something.
