I came to Eye Associates of Charleston in West Ashley for a routine eye exam. I was immediately greeted when I arrived. There was no wait time and I was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also the facility was very clean. I will definitely be back for future eye exams. Thanks!
Great eye doctor! He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Summer, the glasses sales associate, was so helpful when choosing my frames and lenses.
My first contact was with Grace at the check in desk. she was very thorough, kind and helpful to answer my questions. After doing computer information she escorted me back to the first exam room. I removed my contacts and she used 3 different machines and made photos of my lens and the complete eye. After examining them she took me back to Dr. Arafat who continued the exam concentrating on the lens and the cataracts that I have. He was completely honest and said things which helped to try my reluctance in cataract surgery. . He was extremely patient with me and helped to convince me of the need for surgery. I am grateful for his support, knowledge and encouragement.
State of the art technology, very knowledgeable doctor, took the time to listen to my issues and make recommendations For better eye health, beyond just a prescription. I didn’t end up getting glasses that day, but the LensCrafters showroom was very impressive looking. Would go back for any eye needs.
A very pleasant experience. Everyone was super nice. They really seemed to care. Dr. Riha was super. She answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. A big shout out to Summer!! She was so patient with me while trying to find the right glasses and to stay within my budget. She went above and beyond spending time with me.
