First time customer – have used Porsche dealership services since I bought my Cayman S new back in 2008, but wanted to find a local shop for my ongoing maintenance / services that would be a bit more economical (labor) and not as pushy with services / parts replacement. Had a very good experience (Blake) and they did a great job of outlining what services were needed today, what additional services were recommended today and what services I should be looking out for in the next 12-24 months. They also provided a ride back after drop-off which was very convenient. Based on my first experience with them, I am very likely to return for my future maintenance / services needs.
I have been using these guys ever since I moved to Mount Pleasant. Since all the dealers are in West Ash, it’s so nice to have a trusted place closer to home! They are nice, honest, fast, and provide excellent service. 10/10 recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about Exclusively European, Dov, Paul, Katie and the rest of the staff. They provided kind, professional and very efficient service for my Volvo XC60. Dov did not give up on a difficult to find issue with my check engine light and it was solved and fixed! I was truly amazed how easy it was to work with them. They are true car professionals and were beyond accommodating for me with that particular issue and others. I do not imagine taking my car anywhere else and highly recommend them!
Over the past 4 years I’ve taken my cars here for all levels of repairs / maintenance and have always been impressed with the quality of work. Equally as important is their level of communication...which has always been superior and beyond what I have experienced with other shops (including dealership).
All of the people at Exclusively European were highly responsive to my needs & highly professional. They responded to an urgent repair need when other Auto Shops could not respond in a timely manner. The parts were ordered and the repair accomplished as soon as the part was received. They are also effective communicators and clearly focused on Customer Service. They will receive my future business.
