We were squeezed in a very tight schedule because we are travelling. The work was done right the first time with no delays. The premises were clean and comfortable for our short wait and the staff were all very courteous and made the experience enjoyable. We were told what needed to be done, asked for input where appropriate and after the work was done we were given a full review with suggestions for our next service. I have no opportunities for improvement.
Always professional, friendly and efficient. In the 15 years I have been using them I have never had a problem. They are quick to point out any problems and let you know if they require immediate attention or can be addressed in the near future. Never any pressure. Would not go anywhere else!
Two visits now to Exclusively European for our 2015 BMW X5. Both service appts were handled efficiently and jobs well done and priced right. We utilized the complimentary home pick up service to retrieve our car after our second appointment. A nice touch to your customers. We will definitely be back for more service, when needed.
First time customer – have used Porsche dealership services since I bought my Cayman S new back in 2008, but wanted to find a local shop for my ongoing maintenance / services that would be a bit more economical (labor) and not as pushy with services / parts replacement. Had a very good experience (Blake) and they did a great job of outlining what services were needed today, what additional services were recommended today and what services I should be looking out for in the next 12-24 months. They also provided a ride back after drop-off which was very convenient. Based on my first experience with them, I am very likely to return for my future maintenance / services needs.
I have been using these guys ever since I moved to Mount Pleasant. Since all the dealers are in West Ash, it’s so nice to have a trusted place closer to home! They are nice, honest, fast, and provide excellent service. 10/10 recommend.
