We started taking our 2015 Audi A5 to Exclusively European last year I was worried at first because it was the first time it wasn’t serviced by our Audi dealer.
The service they performed was identical to the excellent service we received at our Audi dealer.
We have since had our brakes replaced and plan on having them do any and all service that we need in
We are very happy with the quality of the work they do.

I had taken my car (2014 BMW) to two other repair shops to fix a faulty parking light warning. Neither shop was able to fix the problem. Then I went to Exclusively European Auto and it was fixed very quickly. They also did a full diagnostic and pointed out other work that needed to be addressed. the report was complete and easy to understand. I will be going back to them to make all necessary repairs that were pointed out. Overall very easy to deal with work done on time, and no over charging. If you have a European auto it is a very good place to go as they have the people who have the knowledge to get problems solved.

We were squeezed in a very tight schedule because we are travelling. The work was done right the first time with no delays. The premises were clean and comfortable for our short wait and the staff were all very courteous and made the experience enjoyable.
We were told what needed to be done, asked for input where appropriate and after the work was done we were given a full review with suggestions for our next service.
I have no opportunities for improvement.

First time customer – have used Porsche dealership services since I bought my Cayman S new back in 2008, but wanted to find a local shop for my ongoing maintenance / services that would be a bit more economical (labor) and not as pushy with services / parts replacement. Had a very good experience (Blake) and they did a great job of outlining what services were needed today, what additional services were recommended today and what services I should be looking out for in the next 12-24 months. They also provided a ride back after drop-off which was very convenient. Based on my first experience with them, I am very likely to return for my future maintenance / services needs.
