We were referred to Emerald Home Solutions by our contractor, Paul Davis . We are so glad we had the ducts cleaned as they were worse than we thought. Yahel, the owner, explained up front how the work would be done and how it would be priced. He showed me the botanical solution he would be using as I am concerned about chemicals. We have two systems, so it pretty much took most of the day. I will highly recommend Emerald Home Solutions and will be calling them for upkeep of the ducts.
Very impressed with the service. Our house is night and day different since having all ducts thoroughly cleaned and treated. Turns out that we not only had old and new mold in our ductwork but among the worst they have ever seen. They literally took a full day to thoroughly clean and sanitize everything properly. Even our animals are doing better and our allergies are better! Yahel and his team were friendly, on time (actually early), communicative throughout the whole process, professional, thorough, and they leave your house just the way they found it as if they were never there. Super easy process. Services are priced very fairly and they were completed faster than estimated. I plan to use these guys for future cleanings.
