I wish there were more non alcoholic mocktail options, other than the canned. The wagyu sliders were juicy and the truffle fries had plenty of truffle . Great views and service . The more comfortable lounge chairs have a limited menu.

I hate to leave a bad review, but this restaurant needs seriously change in their flow. My husband had booked a special three course Valentines Day meal. We were both so excited for it. However is was a big mistake and this review cannot address how the food was only service and flow of the night. We had a reservation booked at 7:00pm. We didn’t get a table until 7:40pm, and unfortunately my husband had to ask multiple times what the situation or wait was. The restaurant was packed! We thought originally the delay was because they overbooked the reservations for Valentines. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. We got a table and ordered very quickly our drinks and food options. It continued to be a disaster. We waited until 9:00pm before we decided to cancel all together and request a full refund for the night, because the only thing we had been served was water. Never got our drinks, and we even had hard time even accomplishing our one refill we received for our water. The only good thing about the night was management was very understanding and gave my husband a full refund back, in a line though of many other frustrated customers. Overall it was chaos from start to finish, and they really need to reconsider their customer service. Of note, I travel across the country and leave many reviews. And this is my first less than 4 stars review and unfortunately the only restaurant in my life where I managed to get frustrated enough to leave prior to even obtaining drinks or food. So, cannot comment on the quality or taste of the dishes or drinks.

We had a lovely rooftop dinner experience here. The food and drinks were all delicious and flavor combinations were unique. Both inside and outside, the space is very elegant and well-decorated. We tried the yellowfin tuna tartare, lamb bolognese, and swordfish, as well as some drinks. This was the perfect place for an upscale dining experience.

Eating at Élevé was was the best decision I made thus far this month. I asked my server, Chris, for recommendations on an entree. I took his advice and the pan seared market catch was nice and flaky with the perfect white sauce to drizzle over it. It was served with some fresh sautéed spinach and a carrot sauce. It was plated beautifully and had great flavor. Hats off to the chef!!! To top off the meal, I was served a a generous slice of cheesecake that was almost to pretty to eat. I will definitely be making another trip to Élevé to enjoy more of their menu items.

I bet in the spring time this is a nice place to get a quick bite and drinks and seeing the sun set on downtown cathedral spires. In the winter it is not! The food was priced differently then the menu, the server had many tables and wasn't very attentive. Me and my date felt bad for her so we didn't complain but, it wasn't good service. The food was for me and my date undercooked, so we tried to see if we could get it cooked a bit more but our server again with another table. We just wrote it off as a bad experience we won't be getting dinner again. Drinks and appetizers were good. We just wished it was a better experience overall.
