Always such a pleasure to shop here! Young ladies are lovely and helpful every time, even though I am a older shopper. After being ignored at the latest "celebrity" shop on King St I stopped into Dress Up and Hope was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I will continue to be a frequent shopper.

I went in this store for the first time today and the sales associate did not greet me when I entered. I'm not from Charleston so I do not know how the atmosphere is. She would greet other customers that walked in after me and assist them. I walked around and continued to browse. The associate still would not acknowledge me and I was a few feet from her. I probably stayed 10mins and left. I know how important it is to make your customers feel welcomed into a store cause I have worked retail the last couple of years. I did not feel welcomed in this store. There wasn't much of a selection too be honest. I probably will not go back.

The store is really cute but very unfortunate that they do not do refunds for items bought online. Only an exchange (didn’t have another size) or store credit

First day spent on King Street as we drove in from Texas for a vacation and found this amazing little boutique when walking! Everything was 40% off and absolutely adorable and great quality! The shop was clean, super well maintained and had extremely friendly employees. I ended up buying an adorable Aztec pullover that was on display. Thanks for a great experience!
