I did a major home renovation as well as a new structure with Diament Building in 2016. The work and craftsmanship was amazing. Evan put quite a few of my finished pictures on his Instagram page. Renovating an old home can be a stressful project. Evan made sure that he always did the right thing when we had unforeseen issues, which happens in renovations!! His regular crew was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to have access to a master carpenter Evan knew who did a lot of custom work for us. My wife and I were amazed how affordable this custom work was compared to off-the-shelf type of components. Our home came out better then we ever imagined and Evan's suggestions were a big reason why. I saw a bad, one star rating for Diament Building on here. with no detail. I would reason that this was a mistake or he dealt with a difficult customer which I'm sure happens. Lots of nut jobs out there as they say. I am happy to be a reference anytime if someone would like to discuss my project with me. Just let Evan know and he can put us in touch.

Evan and his team at Diament is a very professional group that will always get the job done right. I have worked on a couple of new builds with them and you really couldn't ask for a better team. I would recommend them to anyone. As a kitchen designer I see a lot of different builders and remodeling company's in the area and it is always great to work with them.

Evan and his team renovated our circa 1970 kitchen in 2015. They worked diligently to stay on schedule and on budget while remaining committed to a quality outcome. Our new kitchen is exactly what we had hoped it would be! We appreciated the professionalism and creative problem solving skills that he, his team members and sub-contractors brought to the project. He has always responded in a timely fashion to our calls and texts. Even after the completion of the project, Evan continued to efficiently manage the minor things that popped up. We are very pleased that we chose to work Diament Building.

Evan and his team did a fantastic job with my historic "to the studs" renovation. Evan was very involved in the day to day construction. Our project was quite difficult (house was from 1880), and Diament did a great job of keeping the project on budget. Their craftsmanship was excellent. Highly recommend.

Evan and his team essentially renovated over half of our 130 year old downtown home including our kitchen and our master bath. The team was very understanding and accommodating helping us get through the difficulty of any major renovation. The project was very well run, organized and under budget. Meanwhile, Evan's keen eye for design helped bring many creative ideas to help us realize our dream home for our family.
