I brought my car to Wagen Worx after the AC in my Jetta stopped working and just before summer. They were very welcoming and got my car in right away. As it turns out, the AC compressor had died and needed to be replaced. Their quote was not only reasonable, but they were able to get my car fixed the same day it was diagnosed. They even tacked up my headliner that was falling down for me! They also did a full inspection of the car and made me aware that my tires were going bald and recommended the best tire for the price (which was very reasonable) and took care of that, too. There was a slight hiccup where one of the tires in the set they mounted was the wrong type (not their fault) and were very quick to have the correct tire ordered and mounted. They never tried up selling me for something that wasn't needed. I am so happy I found Wagen Worx! These guys know their stuff! If you have a VW or Audi, this is the place for you. I will be using them for any work I may need. Thank you, Wagen Worx!!
I can't say enough great things about Nathan and the team at Charleston Wagen Worx! I recently brought in my Audi A8L for a service, and from the moment I walked in, I knew my car was in excellent hands. It's rare to find a mechanic who is so transparent and willing to educate you about your car, especially when it's a high-end vehicle like the A8L. I never felt pressured and appreciated that they gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for my car. The level of care and attention to detail that the staff put into my vehicle was evident. They not only took care of all the regular maintenance but also did a thorough inspection to make sure everything was running smoothly. The team even took extra time to clean the interior and make sure the car was returned looking pristine. My Audi has never driven better! The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced for the level of expertise they bring. I really felt like they treated my car as if it were their own, and that kind of care is hard to find these days. I’ll be coming back for all my future service needs, and I highly recommend Charleston Wagen Worx to anyone with a European vehicle. Nathan and his team are truly the best in the business!
I took my 2014 Passat to Charleston WagonWorx recently. The Volkswagen dealer told me after having my car for a week that I would need to replace the engine. I had the vehicle towed to Nathan and the team. So glad I did!! They had me running sooner than expected and for a third of the estimated cost from the dealer. Highly recommend CHS WagenWorkx!!
Charleston Wagen Worx is truly an amazing shop!! I drive an Audi and find it really difficult to find places that will work on my car without charging unreasonable prices for the things I need to get done. They were super helpful and patient when telling me what needed to get fixed with my car and were super quick with the repairs! Absolutely love this shop!!!
