So grateful to this small independent shop! Took me at the end of the day as I was passing through town, diagnosed and got me back on the road within an hour.

Dropped my '21 Tiguan off for an oil change and they took great care. Nathan and Patrick are masters of their craft and really take the time to know your vehicle. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a VW or Audi.

Wagen Worx has top notch service for your vehicle. I brought in my Audi for my 20,000 mile service, they were honest and fair, and only performed the serves that were needed, instead of convincing me I needed a bunch of additional things and upcharging, like the dealership has always done. I won't ever bring my vehicle anywhere else again.

Couldn’t get past the initial phone call.
I called just to get an estimate to replace the alternator on my VW. I left a voicemail with my car’s specs and my phone number, but then I went ahead and called them again a few minutes later to see if anyone would pick up. They did, and the guy started asking questions about the battery, lights on the dash, whether it had been driven, etc. I told him we’ve driven it a couple of times since the problem started but that we couldn’t get it started now and we know it’s a bad alternator. I guess he thought I wasn’t answering his questions well enough and at one point got impatient and said “I’ve asked you twice now whether you can drive the car and you’re not answering me.” I repeated that I have driven it, and then he told me they charge $140 to diagnose and that I could bring it in and leave it for a day or two. I said okay, but if you find that it’s just the alternator, can you please give me a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace it. At that point he became dismissive and said “I’ll check and call you back in a few minutes” and then he hung up. I guess he was counting on my number being in his caller ID, because he didn’t ask for my name or anything else. I never got a call back. They also still had my voicemail from when I had called a few minutes before and left my phone number and other details, so really no excuse not to call me back.
They have great reviews for the most part, which is why it’s strange that in the dozens of reviews I read, they never post a reply or even an acknowledgement to their customers like most other businesses do, thanking them for their patronage or for the kind words….things (PR) you do as a business that don’t cost a dime to show your appreciation to the people who keep you in business. But this ingratitude is consistent with my own very brief conversation with Wagen Worx. If they can’t even keep their word simply to return a phone call to a potential customer, I can’t be confident in their work ethic.

Wagen Worx did an excellent job on my friend's bug. It broke down while we're vacationing there. Not only did they do quick and excellent work, but they were also helpful, quick, and had better pricing than taking it to a dealership.
