Impossible to truly review given that the appointment never happened. First appointment scheduled. Continual appointment reminder texts every single day leading up to the appointment. Two hours prior to appointment time, I received a text telling me the appointment was cancelled because the esthetician “wasn’t feeling well”. No alternate time or option given other than a week later. Good news is there are a tremendous amount of other great spa options in the Charleston area.

I’ve been going to Charleston Med Spa for almost 7 years and will never go anywhere else! The team is fantastic… everyone from the masseuses, estheticians, front desk staff, injectors, and now permanent makeup and lashes! Leslie is the best injector there is! I trust her with my face, her recommendations and knowledge! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Charleston Medical Spa - We had the pleasure of visiting today - and before we even had our Apt., the darling Felicity spent over 15 minutes with us on the phone answering all of our questions, thoroughly, professionally and compassionately! The vary caring and knowledgeable staff and the inviting and welcoming ambience was the real deal! I rarely write reviews, but I have to on this one! Highly recommend, and we give them 5 stars!

My dermaplaning and custom facial with Felicity was absolutely wonderful. Felicity was sweet, very professional and an amazing aesthetician. I will definitely be a returning customer to Charleston Medical Spa and to Felicity. I would definitely recommend both to family and friends. I am completely satisfied with my results.

I have been seeing Dr King at Charleston Medical Spa for years. She does excellent work and I have tried many other places in Charleston. Staff is friendly and helpful and they have great monthly specials. Highly recommend !
