From the spouse perspective. I have had the pleasure of the companship of my wife for 32 years, in those years I have always felt something missing. When I told her she looked beautiful you can see she didn't believe it. I know how she was bullied by kids and family about looks, but for me I really can't say how she feels inside. After she talked to Dr. Rodwell he explained what he could do, she was excited so she opted for some cosmetic surgery on her face. Dr. Rodwell was polite, professional, confident and answered all of our questions. The treatment by his staff Brooke and Lisa were both professional and pleasant they made her feel like family. In ending I can see this was a life changing experience for her you can see she is confident and happy with herself. You can see it when she looks in the mirror and finally believes me when I say she looks beautiful. Thank you Dr. Rodwell and Brooke and Lisa for the care she received.
Dr Rodwell and his staff are amazing! Dr. Rodwell has an excellent bedside manner. He and his staff are so kind and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr Rodwell did an excellent job thoroughly explaining the risks of the procedure I was getting and did not sugar coat them. I did not feel rushed during my consult and I felt comfortable asking questions. I'm in LOVE with my results. I'm so happy I went here. I highly recommend Dr. Rodwell!
I am not a person that typically leaves a review, but Dr. Rodwell and his office staff are EXCEPTIONAL!!! He is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only is he amazing, but his office staff gives THE BEST customer service ever!! Dr. Rodwell does a GREAT job with my Botox and fillers..always paying attention to what my desired results are, and his staff follows that with personal service and kindness. I can’t say it enough..come and see the exquisite office for yourself!! You will be thankful that you did!!
My experience with Dr. Rodwell was amazing! The ambiance of the office is very cozy and welcoming. Also, the receptionist is very sweet and super welcoming as well. Not only did the doctor take his time listening to my concerns, but he was completely thorough in explaining what he thought was the best option for me. I can't express enough how happy I am with his work. He wasn't pushy about getting everything done at one time, and his prices were amazing considering that the office is in such a beautiful tourist location. I don't even live in South Carolina, but I was there visiting a family member and was able to get an appointment with him without any issues. I will definitely be going back to him regardless of the fact that I'd have to travel down there again..
Dr Rodwell goes above and beyond what I expected of any doctor. He is very calming and explains in great detail everything he is doing. I had an ear piercing repaired and he treated me like a VIP! He is an expert at facial anatomy and I love how knowledgeable he is. Ashely at the front desk is very welcoming and makes you feel so special. The office is beautiful and feels very upscale. I’m so happy with my results! Thank you!!
