The person who performed the maintenance on the generator at our house at 517 Hidden Blvd., Joe Boyd, was Donnie B. He was exceptional. Arrived on time, very professional and friendly. Although I did not watch him perform all the work I know when someone has good technical abilities & skills - he does. I was an engineering manager in an industrial plant for many years and supervised technicians like him. The best thing about him were his people. Hard to train someone to have people skills. Charleston Electric is a great company. They have a great process for keeping track of maintenance and their follow-up is excellent. They actually talk to you on the phone also. I would definitely recommend them for any of your electrical work, whether it would a generator install and maintenance, or anything else.
Dillion, is one of the great generator specialists. He made sure, I was satisfied when the job was completed. Explained what I’d needed to know and answered questions, when asked. Greets me with a smile and leaves with a smile and have a great day ✅🙂
Charleston Electric & Air installed a new service panel and a 50 Amp electric car charger for us. They replied promptly, kept us informed of all costs, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their service.
Chase W was amazingly insightful and diligent in the thorough inspection of our electrical system and recommendations for remediation. He then was able to stay on and fix them right away, which we are grateful for and I couldn't recommend him more highly and Charleston Electric for their professionalism.
