Not a fan of chiropractor's in general but decided to give this one a chance based on the good reviews. I figured they would be good, but the owners (husband and wife) were arguing in their office loud enough everyone in the lobby could hear. I will not return because I do not want someone that can't handle their emotions actively preforming medical procedures on me that could risk my life. In conclusion, please stay away for your safety.
From the first time I walked in, it was a very welcoming and comfortable space as I was quite nervous. Dr. Kassandra is so nice, understanding and empathetic. Iv had 2 of my 36 adjustments already and I would recommend the Charleston chiropractic studio to anyone!

Wonderful staff and an excellent environment. They have a cute little area for the children to play and are very welcoming to the youth attending. I love the atmosphere that the doctors and staff create. They are very quick but take the time to engage with the clients. Highly recommend Charleston Chiropractic and love that they aren’t afraid to spread positivity through kindness and God’s word.
