I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnes and for the past few months, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care I’ve received. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming, and Dr. Barnes took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and not try to over sell me. I’ve struggled with chronic upper back pain for years, and I’m finally seeing real results. I am so happy Dr. Barnes and Dr. Russo is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my well-being. They’ve created a treatment plan that’s tailored to my needs, and I’m already feeling so much better. The office is always clean and calming, and I never have to wait, I am always taken straight back. I highly recommend Dr. Barnes and Dr. Russo to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate chiropractor who truly listens and provides effective care. I’m grateful for the difference they’ve made in my life!

Great chiropractors in West Ashley! They were able to relieve my tension and pain extremely quickly- an the appointments are always on time and in a great atmosphere! I’m actually doing the wellness package which includes the therapy and massage as well as an adjustment! Great wellness package!

Dr. Barnes is incredible! I came in with the worst sciatic pain due to being in my third trimester. I was in so much pain and could barely walk until I came here. Within the first 2 weeks I felt so much better and now feel completely normal! I love coming here and sitting in the massage chair and getting adjusted. Dr. Barnes and his apprentice are so nice, professional, and make you feel very welcomed. Plus there’s 2 dogs upfront that are the cutest! :)

Incredible all around experience with amazing service and accessibility to any and all things someone might need to get the help they need! Dr. Barnes and his staff were extremely open and communicative about the help I needed and I could feel improvements immediately after my first visit. Could not speak more highly and will continue to happily return and make the most of the great care and treatment that is offered!

I had a great experience. I had a car accident and was having a hard time finding somewhere in the chs area without an attorney, Dr. Barnes was able to get me in pretty much next day, he was super thorough and kind when explaining everything even before my appt. and when trying to pinpoint the spot of pain/soreness. One visit in, I felt a lot better. The staff is kind, the space is also clean and neat. Would definitely recommend.
