Dr Brown and Dr Saffer are two of the kindest and most caring physicians I’ve met. I always leave feeling better than I did walking in, both because they solve the medical problems but more importantly, their manner of interacting with their patients is so loving. When I last visited Dr Brown, I listened in absolute amazement as he lovingly complimented and reassured a lady that she was doing well, and that her problems were not of her own making but they are getting better because of her efforts to improve herself and her condition. Truly amazing service by professional doctors and staff who make you aware that they care. I selfishly hate to publish this glowing recommendation because it is already difficult to get an appointment quickly. But, they are too deserving to let it go unsaid. Do yourself a favor, go see the folks at Carolina Foot and Ankle, especially if you need Medical Care for your foot or ankle!
After my podiatrist retired, I was faced with the challenge of finding a new doctor when I started with symptoms of plantar fasciitis. My internist recommended Dr. Brown and his office scheduled me right away. He was very thorough and answered all my questions after making his diagnosis. Within a couple of days after my appointment, my pain has decreased and I am looking forward to a complete recovery. I definitely recommend Dr. Brown and his team.
I do not know how to explain my experience. I haven't had an experience so wonderful from a doctor in a long time and I've seen quite a few lately. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out. You will feel completely different and i'm not just saying this. His assistant is amazing and she actually told us where to get an app to listen to birds and on the TV she was watching puppies that were gonna be trained to be service dog and the office was watching them. (They were babies) it was so nice of her to share that experience with us. Now for the real deal, Dr. Brown walked into the room with no shoes on. That was awesome. He knew what he was talking about. He told me how to fix the problem and told me in a less expensive way than most doctors would. I highly recommend this office even if it's just for the experience alone.
Dr Brown and his staff are all excellent! They fit me in due to an urgent issue, which Dr Brown resolved completely. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and a true expert in care of the feet as well as other medical matters. Highly recommend!
