Dr Brown and Dr Saffer are two of the kindest and most caring physicians I’ve met. I always leave feeling better than I did walking in, both because they solve the medical problems but more importantly, their manner of interacting with their patients is so loving. When I last visited Dr Brown, I listened in absolute amazement as he lovingly complimented and reassured a lady that she was doing well, and that her problems were not of her own making but they are getting better because of her efforts to improve herself and her condition. Truly amazing service by professional doctors and staff who make you aware that they care. I selfishly hate to publish this glowing recommendation because it is already difficult to get an appointment quickly. But, they are too deserving to let it go unsaid. Do yourself a favor, go see the folks at Carolina Foot and Ankle, especially if you need Medical Care for your foot or ankle!
I do not know how to explain my experience. I haven't had an experience so wonderful from a doctor in a long time and I've seen quite a few lately. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out. You will feel completely different and i'm not just saying this. His assistant is amazing and she actually told us where to get an app to listen to birds and on the TV she was watching puppies that were gonna be trained to be service dog and the office was watching them. (They were babies) it was so nice of her to share that experience with us. Now for the real deal, Dr. Brown walked into the room with no shoes on. That was awesome. He knew what he was talking about. He told me how to fix the problem and told me in a less expensive way than most doctors would. I highly recommend this office even if it's just for the experience alone.
Dr Brown and his staff are all excellent! They fit me in due to an urgent issue, which Dr Brown resolved completely. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and a true expert in care of the feet as well as other medical matters. Highly recommend!
Dr. Adam Brown really took the time to explain what was causing my foot pain and to patiently answer all my questions. This was a breath of fresh air compared to some other specialists that only seem interested in getting you in and out as quickly as possible. He carefully explained the treatment options and what I needed to do to heal. He didn't immediately say that I needed injections or surgery but rather encouraged me to let my body do what it's designed to do, which is heal itself. He recommended different shoes, recovery shoes, a stability boot and sturdy inserts with improved arch support which is providing steady improvement and reduction in my pain level. I highly recommend Dr. Brown!
Dr. Brown was very generous with his time and very thorough with his explanation about the problems I was having with my toes and toenails. I have balance issues because of a stroke I had 6 years ago and apparently my toes are trying to help me walk and stabilize by attempting to grip the ground. I would never have thought of that but his explanations made sense and helped me to understand how my body and my toes are responding to my balance issues. He offered advice about the type of shoes I should be wearing and exercises I could do to make improvements. He is very genuine and down to earth…the same is true of his assistant and other staff members. I am grateful!
