So I put the reservation at 6:15 for my boyfriend’s birthday, a party of two. The gentleman that I initially encountered ( Spiky brown hair maybe in his mid-40s) Was really nice as far as greeting me. I informed him that I had a reservation of two at 6:15. I arrived there at 6:05 p.m. He assured me that he would get me seated and so I stood there for more than 8 minutes. A nice waitress by the name of Kathy, asked me had anybody greeted me. I told her the guy with the spiky hair that had a blue shirt on and gray pants on greeted me and told me he would get me seated, but he like disappeared and serving tables and from my observation he was currently in the back snacking on something; while I was standing there that whole entire time. She apologize and she said “ I will get you seated right away”, she said maybe he didn’t seat you because you were waiting on your other guest and I expressed to her that he should’ve said that initially rather than have me standing at the front of the restaurant waiting , she agreed. I appreciate her for being cognizant while waiting other tables. The gentleman that left me hanging didn’t bother to apologize or say anything to me about the situation, even though he brought over our appetizers, please keep in mind that the restaurant was not busy. There was literally no excuse for this, and I should’ve left. It would’ve literally taken less than a minute to let me know that he cannot seat me until the other party arrived. Total breakdown and lack of communication on his behalf. In other news: l will add is Keri ( l believe her name was) is a fantastic, helpful, waitress, that offered great suggestions on drinks and honest opinions on her favorite dishes there. Kathy and Keri were amazing, five stars to the both of them. The other gentleman he needs to work on his communication and being transparent, and its just that simple. Other than that, the food was great and the ladies too. The desserts were top tier; their pastry chef is amazing. Ciao

We had a trip to Charleston with my boys and had dinner here . Was intrigued on how the lava stone special is and was worth it if you like to grill raw meat live by yourself using the 700 degree hot lava stone. Food was good and it was an experience you should try once at least.

Came here for my birthday dinner, made an early evening reservation, we were the first ones sat upstairs in a booth, it was a really nice atmosphere and people were spaced far enough away where it never got loud. The food was great, my husband got the wagyu and I got the scallops, both were delicious. Everyone there was very nice and attentive, it made for a very enjoyable, special, dinner experience. Much better than Halls.

Great restaurant. We started off with deviled eggs and she crab soup. Loved the steak options and the hot stone app. We had the Wagyu Strip tonight, cooked perfectly and tried all their sauces. Their steak sauce was my favorite. Definitely a must try is the deviled eggs and desserts. They have a pastry chef who makes their desserts homemade so make sure you save room for it!

Service was outstanding, we had the best waitress! The restaurant really does an incredible job training their employees. She knew everything about every menu item and her knowledge of the menu details was impressive.
The deviled eggs were cute and had good flavor. They were smaller then expected, but were definitely tasty!
The grilled octopus was excellent, and the beet and ricotta smear was delicious. Amazing presentation.
Steak itself, had a good flavor, but I think the cut we ordered, the rib eye had too much fat and seemed like.there was not enough meat.
