We had a termite damaged area (heart pine flooring, roof framing, etc) repaired and restored, crawlspace insulation and vapor barrier installed, old windows repaired, pocket door repaired, hurricane shutter hinge repaired. I began to notice some issues with my home. I had several contractors come and give me quotes to fix my floors but they all wanted to begin the work and then find out the cause. Chris was the only one who was willing to investigate the origin of the issue, and THEN give me an estimate for repairs.
