Friendly and knowledgeable spa that provide a wide range of services from fillers to facials. I couldn’t recommend that more. Never over done. Very natural and enhanced results.
Originally I purchased a Groupon for 2 microneedling sessions only to be told at the desk (A month after making the appointment) that I could not redeem the Groupon because it hadn’t been a year since my last visit. I was then told I’d have to contact Groupon to get the money I paid back. The lady at the desk offered to give me the same deal but I had to pay right then. I did so. Now here’s where it gets crazy. I contacted Groupon only to be told I would’ve had to request a refund within 3 days. A month was too long now they cannot refund me, but if the provider contacted them. I then played several months of phone tag trying to correct the situation. I was never corrected and in fact they redeemed the coupon after all saying I didn’t pay! What?! I have the credit card statement proving it. Later they say it was coded wrong and would fix the error and issue a refund. After another month of phone rage the Owner agreed to let me use the money I’d paid toward extra services. I book a service and the nice lady who did my micro needling was no longer employed there. The lady doing the filler was cold and made me wait an hour past my appointment while she treated other “quick” clients. I did not feel the service was satisfactory and she didn’t even use all of the product (I’ve had filler numerous times and I’ve always paid per syringe) even at the sale price it was almost $600. But I paid and thought I’d wait the two weeks to see how it went. After two weeks I made an appointment and went back. I definitely saw a few areas that needed touch up, but the injector refused to do anything. I appreciate that at least the money issue was resolved it shouldn’t have been this difficult. I feel like they make these “sales” and Groupons to attract customers but then cheat them out of a full service.
BEST FACIAL EVER! 10/10 service. It is the best-med spa in the Lowcountry. The products they used on my face left me feeling great for my trial bridal makeup. I recommend Body by Design to all my friends and family!
Love this place! The staff are always helpful and nice. Joslin does a fantastic job on my dermaplane and hydrafacial. She gives great tips and advice on procedures and products. My skin always feels refreshed when I leave.
I have been over paying at Plastic Surgeons offices for almost 2 years now just to get Botox done, thinking that a Plastic Surgeons office will do the best job. Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery is a joke and have butchered my face multiple times on routine non invasive procedures like Botox and lip injections. I found this place and could almost immediately tell that Ashley knew what she was doing. She took the time to make sure the Botox was going to be injected into the proper places on my face to address my concerns, it has only been one day and I can tell it was the best Botox job I have ever gotten. I'm thrilled that I have somewhere to go now that I can trust to do something that should be relatively simple as far as non invasive beauty procedures go. Don't go to Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery..They're incompetent and will inject your veins leaving you with golf ball sized bruises for 2 months and not refund you any of your money or offer to fix it. They will butcher your lip injections too. If you need Botox go to Body by Design and ask for Ashley. Thanks girl!! I'll see you in 3 months :)
