Very customer service oriented. Very nice folks was very impressed. The food top notch only drawback is I hate barcode menus. That's not deal breaker though the cheese burger was awesome. It's a busy spot with lots of room and wonderful atmosphere.

I had a great time! I came to watch a football game and the staff & my experience was great. Abby was my bartender and she was so helpful and kind! She made drink suggestions as well as answering any questions I had! I’m new to Charleston and it was such a fun environment and the drinks were great. I’ll definitely be back, I really enjoyed my experience.

We stopped in here while on vacation and loved this place. Great service, D-lish Beer, and Atmosphere is chill with clean and welcoming area!

Stopped by this fantastic place as we were walking to another sight . Great selection of local drafts and the friendliest staff. The show stopper here was the food. I had the short rib grilled cheese with a side of brussel sprouts and I will dream of this meal ! My husband had the chicken tender sandwich and fries. He was equally impressed. If I lived local, I would come back weekly. Absolutely great.

Staying in Charleston for a bit - was recommended to go to Big John’s. Great rec! Food is delicious, staff is friendly, very fun and laid back atmosphere. Abby was our bartender - she made it a great experience!
