We had breakfast here on our second day in town. Our server, Hayley, was very nice. Her attitude was energetic and she was very helpful. I ordered the French toast and bacon. The French toast was amazing, and the bacon was perfectly the way I like it. Not crispy but flimsy just not too much… just not too flimsy. I also ordered a biscuit with a side of gravy. It was the perfect blend. The biscuit was soft and fluffy. and the gravy was seasoned of perfection. I was upset I didn’t get to go back again before we left, but we’ll definitely make sure to hit it on the next trip.

Nice casual spot. The hostess was quick and friendly. We sat at a table outside on the patio, with a quiet peaceful atmosphere. Our server was welcoming and pleasant.
The drinks and food came out in an appropriate amount of time.
Both the shrimp and grits, and the fried oyster scramble were tasty and well seasoned. I especially enjoyed the fried oysters - not a bit “cheap” tasting, and well breaded My wife also enjoyed her shrimp and grits - shrimp were cooked perfectly and the dish was flavorful.

Location could be promising but the portions are pretty small especially for the price they are charging. There was also only an option on the menu for three pancakes whereas most places serve individually if requested. The waiter did State they would do it but they don't really advertise it and when he gave us the price for two it was only about $1 more to get the third. Doesn't really make a lot of sense. Only reason we didn't want three is because my daughter didn't want that much.
Our server was friendly and timely with our order and drinks. The location is in a good spot the most parking is on Street and there is very limited in the lot they are on. Not a place I would necessarily seek out again if I'm in the Charleston area. Didn't hate it but it just didn't really provide anything that makes me want to go back.

Really happy with our spur of the moment breakfast choice. Came on a Monday around 1000, no wait and got sat right away. Got the biscuit crumble and a crispy hash cake on the side. Really flavorful, good portion size. Hubby got the low country skillet which came with grits and a biscuit. Bloody Mary was not bad either.

This was by far our most favorite place in Charleston for breakfast!! Only place we ate more than once. The skillet breakfast and French toast was so yummy! Service was very good and quick. Prices were normally priced and not outrageous like everywhere else. Highly recommend coming here! It will not disappoint.
