They required a $100 down payment to schedule and then sent me an email about 3 hours before my meeting saying the appointment was cancelled and to call if I had questions. The phones don’t ring in the offices so you’re required to leave a voicemail and wait 24-48 hours for a response. When I finally got to speak with someone they hung up on me twice instead of placing me on hold, causing me to have to leave another voicemail and wait to hear back. At every point there were red flags for predatory behavior that are outlined in other reviews here on Google. I was thankfully able to finally get my refund by physically going to the office, but the managers did not speak with me and were not interested in correcting any problems they have. Fine by me, I rescheduled with LifeStance and have already gotten significantly better interactions and they don’t require any down payments for scheduling. This ended up being a blessing in disquise because it happened before I was fully established with this horrible practice.
Dr. Spencer is great. He sees you as an individual not a statistic. I genuinely feel like he cares about me. His assistant, Dawson, is awesome too. He is always responsive and gets things done with a sense of urgency.
