I had one of the best meals of my life at this restaurant! My boyfriend and I came to visit Charleston and chose this restaurant on a whim. We each ordered an appetizer, entree, cocktails, and shared a dessert. Every dish was perfect. The drinks were amazing. The service was also great and the timing between each dish was spot on and not rushed. If you are exploring Charleston and wondering where to go eat.. go to Azur. Seriously a memorable dining experience and I hope they get a Michelin star ⭐ Pics include: escargot pastries, fresh burrata, duck leg, dark chocolate raspberry dessert, and the cocktails.
Perfect experience from start to finish. Super service, amazing cocktails at a ridiculously great price (literally half what I pay in NYC) and wonderful food, beautifully presented. Desserts are also amazing..esp Peanut Butter Bliss and the apple strudel.
Nice, high-end and relaxed environment, service was excellent. Food was delicious authentic French. The tuna tartar appetizer delicious, Beef Wellington was incredible. Espresso martini was 10/10.
I recently visited Azur, a delightful French restaurant in Charleston, SC, and had an incredible experience. The outdoor patio was a highlight, offering a charming ambiance right in the heart of Downtown Charleston. The live music, featuring a talented singer and guitarist, added a wonderful element to the evening. The friendly French owner made us feel right at home, adding authenticity to the experience. The food was fantastic, and the decor was truly riveting, making for a memorable dining experience.
Jenna made our first visit to Azur an outstanding one, ensuring a return trip! We recommend Azur to anyone wanting a true European menu in an upscale intimate space.
