They came out to fix a water meter leak, and what can I say. Communication, Professionalism, timeliness - all exceptional. Best of all - No Charge to check it out! Who does that! I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.
Eddie and Anthony came out to locate a leak in my main water line and to repair it. They arrived on the scheduled day. They worked quickly and efficiently to do just that. Even though they dug up a portion of the line, they neatly replaced the dirt such that you could hardly tell they had done any digging. I will call on Atta-Boy Plumbing again!
This review is based on a visit on August 5, 2024. This is also the third time Attaboy has come to help me. The first was several years ago installing toilet from Lowe's and they did a very good job with that. Today Riley and Jody came to address a problem with some pipes under my sink. They called when on their way and actually arrived a bit earlier than their scheduled appointment time. They quickly identified what the issues were and had the parts they needed on the truck so the repair was finished expeditiously. Both Riley and Jody were polite, pleasant, and professional. The price for the work was quite reasonable. I definitely will be using Attaboy for any future plumbing issues. The person in the office who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and got me an appointment within two days. She also called the day before to confirm the appointment. June 30,2024 - I had a new Insinkerator garbage disposal installed today by Attaboy Plumbing. The plumbers John and Chris came right at the promised time of 12-2 PM ( actually arrived right at noon). They were very professional, polite, and didn't take long to get it installed. The price was very fair. This is the second time I have used Attaboy Plumbing (the first time was to install a toilet from Lowe's) and was happy with the first visit as well. Definitely 5 star service on three separate visits!
I had the best experience with Atta Boy Plumbing and I plan to use them for future plumbing projects. Last year, I was extremely displeased about replacing a practically new toilet in a guest bathroom in my 3 year old home. When the developer installed the toilet at the new home, apparently the toilet was cracked or a hairline crack started once the toilet was installed and thus began my problem. I knew I wanted a top-of-the-line toilet installed this time around but not all plumbers know how to install all brands of toilets. I called around to understand plumbers’ install process and was not satisfied with answers received from the local plumbers. Too many would try or were not familiar implementing the brand. I finally found a solution provider that had lots of experience and would successfully implement the Toto toilet. I was ecstatic!! On day of install, Atta Boy Plumbing was able to take out the old toilet, input the new Toto toilet and accessories and remove the old toilet from the premises without any hassle. The installer was extremely professional and efficient. A problem free install. It’s almost a year now and I’m still satisfied with the work performed. I’ve contacted the team to flush my tankless water heater in April.
I have had them come out on 2 separate occasions to install some toilets. Everyone is kind and courteous, and they provide a great service with an affordable price.
