I can’t say enough how happy we are that we hired John. Our “problem” started off small but, as with most repairs, he kept uncovering serious issues that could’ve been disastrous had they not been brought to the forefront. Not only did he and his crew work hard but they worked with skill and concern. John and his guys treated us and our home with the utmost respect. John was in constant contact with us and documented each item he uncovered. Of course, our project went over our initial estimate due to the unseen damages and extra required repairs. However, John treated us fairly and expeditiously in terms of budget and our timeline. We plan on using him for all of our upcoming projects.
We had a very poor experience with Atlantic Property Restorations. They were hired to repair some damage after a water leak. Their quote seemed high, but the positive reviews promoted us to go ahead with them since we thought it would mean higher quality work. On the day they did the repairs, the existing materials weren't able to be entirely reused. We let them know where new materials were. Instead of finishing the job, they left it incomplete then aggressively demanded full payment for the job. When we emailed to check to see if things were complete, the owner sent us an unprofessional rant attacking our property management company. As property owners, we deal with a lot of contractors and this one has been one of the least professional.
John and his team were fantastic and made the process easy and stress-free. I recommend them to all of my friends needing home remodeling. I was happy to learn that their company also does more than just restoration. I will definitely be using their services again.

This included the repair of the walls, ceiling and floor reconstruction work completed on September 6th, 2024. John Kovack led Allen and his crew, all doing superior work. John and his team are amazing. His attention to detail from his estimate to the finished product are second to none. His level on communication with my wife and I throughout our entire project was amazing. When said the crew would arrive at 8am, they were there. He corrected poor craftsmanship that was a result of our builder not being detail oriented. They left no mess to clean up, and everyone on his team was polite, professional, friendly and hard working. We have several more projects to complete in our home and John and his team will be handling all the work. Highly recommend him and his crew for your next project.
