Update: We just purchased three rooms of furniture. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service we received. Lamar Ford was our sales representative and he was patient and fully explained all of the features and benefits and helped us to understand what we were purchasing. We recommend that anyone looking for furniture come to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture for great value and a big selection.

I purchased $13,000 worth of furniture from those company a year ago. Customer service was awesome when purchasing. My only issue is the run around I am getting when one small stool had broken and I have not been able to get the situation resolved. I have called the store, been to the store and spoke with a supervisor, contacted my salesman, and contacted the warranty company. I have not had any luck getting the issue resolved. I am not able to go to the store as often as I would like to follow up. I love my furniture, but if I knew it was going to be like this, I would not have spent that kind of money at once. Not only have I spent a lot of money with this company (not my first purchase), I have also sent others there that have purchased and still have not received my referral bonus as promised. I hate writing reviews like this, but I am exhausted at this point. Maybe this will prompt management to contact me to try and get this resolved. I have been trying for well over 2 months.
