Excellent service and professionalism. Jonathan the technician was very knowledgeable, provided me with options for maintenance that was needed, it truly felt he had my best interest in mind. Jonathan did an amazing job cleaning my unit and making sure everything was working correctly, I hope I get him next time! Had a bad experience with my last A/C company and Anchor did an amazing job of addressing my concerns!

The appointment making process is friendly and fast-via phone call or text. And you don’t need to wait months like the other companies! The technician was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did a complete maintenance job and was friendly and personable. All recommendations and the costs were provided as well as photos of my complete system and the items that were done today. I will not use any other company in the Charleston area! Jonathan was thorough & detailed in delivering news that my system needed to be replaced-a message I did not want to hear.An ex-military guy, he was courteous & patient in answering my numerous questions & promised to send me am email confirming the details he gave me verbally so I would have a written confirmation of these details. He also was able to arrange for someone to come out same day to give me an estimate. I could not have asked for better service.
