Excellent service and professionalism. Jonathan the technician was very knowledgeable, provided me with options for maintenance that was needed, it truly felt he had my best interest in mind. Jonathan did an amazing job cleaning my unit and making sure everything was working correctly, I hope I get him next time! Had a bad experience with my last A/C company and Anchor did an amazing job of addressing my concerns!
We have been with them since we moved back to the area in 2021. We had Rick come out to do an inspection on a house we're about to purchase. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable and saved us some heartache. The office is super communicative and they run a business how it should be....which means they take care of the customer. They have always been 5 star for the last 3 years we've been with them....even when they were a different name. When you hope to get a great company that won't lie or try to upsell for no reason then you need to call Anchor. You will never be disappointed.
Fantastic, friendly, and honest service from the appointment phone call to wrapping up billing after service! Amazing member deals for routine maintenance and repair services as needed. The appointment making process is friendly and fast-via phone call or text. And you don’t need to wait months like the other companies! The technician was on time, very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did a complete maintenance job and was friendly and personable. All recommendations and the costs were provided as well as photos of my complete system and the items that were done today. I will not use any other company in the Charleston area! Their service and prices are unmatched!
Alex came by recently to perform a maintenance check on our units. He was very courteous and very thorough. He reviewed all the test results with me and even took care of a loose cover on one of the units. We are very happy with the installation and maintenance work that has been done by the Anchor team.
Anchor and heating and Air provided excellent service. My AC went out around 3:30 in the afternoon and they were at my house by 6 PM to get us up and running. Doug was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be a returning customer.
