I had an absolutely fantastic experience with anchor Heating and Air. I had a problem with my air handler in the attic where inbound and outbound ductwork was condensating excessively. My system was not running efficiently due to leaks and needed repair prior to switching back over to the air conditioner. A competitor that I was using over the past year gave me a quote and failed to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. This is when I called Anchor. I spoke to Stephanie on December 31st and she explained how Anchor does business. I was impressed that she scheduled me for a 7 January appointment at which time Cody and Dakota came out took measurements, explained what needed to be done, and provided me a estimate no later than a few hours later. Upon accepting the quote, they scheduled me for the following day, where Pat and Haligh showed up bright and early the next day, and tackled that task at hand. Pat even went above and beyond by performing preventive maintenance on my exterior unit. Anchor Heating and Air comes off as a professional business and their employees are proud of what they do, and how they go about doing it. “Customer Service” seems to be a forgotten trade, but not with Anchor Heating and Air!

I recently had my heating and air conditioning units serviced by Rick from Anchor Heating and Air Conditioning, and I couldn’t be more pleased! Rick was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I’ve had my units serviced before, but Rick’s attention to detail and care in maintaining them was truly unmatched. Highly recommend Anchor Heating and Air Conditioning, especially if you get Rick as your technician!

Our experience with Anchor Heating and Air was excellent. We had an issue with our unit, and they came out the same day to assist! Our technician, Rick, made the entire experience a pleasure. He took the time to identify the problem, explain his resolution, and ensured everything worked before leaving. Rick's expertise and personality were the best I've experienced with anyone in the business. We will continue to use Rick and Anchor Heating and Air for all our HVAC needs moving forward.

Mr Blackwood and his assistant arrived promptly, were professional and pleasant, explained everything they were doing and what they recommended. The house was older and maintenance hadn’t been done in a while , but they got the system up to speed and added a surge protector and leaf guard. Definitely 5 star and recommend highly.

Excellent service and professionalism. Jonathan the technician was very knowledgeable, provided me with options for maintenance that was needed, it truly felt he had my best interest in mind. Jonathan did an amazing job cleaning my unit and making sure everything was working correctly, I hope I get him next time! Had a bad experience with my last A/C company and Anchor did an amazing job of addressing my concerns!
