I had a fantastic experience with David from Alpha Wildlife when I found a snake on my back porch. I was understandably anxious, but he arrived quickly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. David explained the removal process and ensured that the snake was safely relocated without harm. I truly appreciate the prompt and efficient service. Based on customer reviews, I called Alpha last year to take care of a rodent problem at my home. Dave was a great salesman. I went with his recommendations. I was told once work was completed to call with any issues. Once work was completed, I continued to have issues. Dave put me off for a few months. I was setting traps trying to take care of rodents myself. I would text, he would say he would be there but then not show up. When he did come out, he did the bare minimum when trying to completely take care of my rodent problem. He would open the access hole to my crawlspace and place a couple traps. One of my biggest issues was an hvac unit that rodents could dig under. They half a$$ed closing up areas rodents could get in. It took months to get Dave to come back and “fix” what they didn’t do correctly in the first place. When they finally did, they still did not fully fix the problem. I had to call another company last month to come back and redo the “work” Dave and Alpha Wildlife completed. I found out that there were spots on the roof where rodents were getting in. Alpha never mentioned their potential as entry points. The new company put in the effort to check all around the home and found other areas to address. I would think Dave would have found these as well based on his expertise but again, bare minimum effort. Included are pictures of text with Dave. Dates show it was a long process to get Dave to revisit my home. I eventually had to call the company and complain before Dave came out. At the end you can see he had no idea who I was.
Dave Adams and his team were excellent - friendly and reliable and went over and above to take care of our bat issue. I will recommend Dave going forward to anyone that I hear of having a wildlife issue. It’s rare to find great people like Dave to work with anymore !!
Once we found out that we had bats, we called Alpha Wildlife. Dave and crew were excellent to work with. He came out the next day, determined where the bats were getting into the attic and mapped out a plan for their removal. The work was not intrusive to the humans living in the house nor harmful to the bats. Highly recommended.
