Called Alpha Wildlife got in touch with Jeremy. Had a snake that had gotten into my chicken coop. Jeremy removed the snake and then gave me some ideas and pointers on how to reinforce my chicken coop so snakes could not re-enter. He responded fast! He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does. I will definitely be calling Alpha Wildlife back if I ever have any more issues with wildlife. Highly recommend this company.
I had contacted Alpha via website. My preschool classroom was interested in armadillos. David's response time was super quick. He called, and spoke to my class on speaker phone. They were so excited and he responded to them so well. We made plans and texted details a few times. David was so professional as he arrived on time, connected with the youngest of learners, and kept all of their attention. We are so thankful for our "Armadillo Expert" and all his knowledge and still talking about it three weeks later.
Jeremy is the absolute best! I couldn’t be more grateful that he even took our call. We were dealing with an odd situation- a lost/hurt baby deer. Though I found out Alpha Widlife does not necessarily handle this type of situation, he directed me to someone who could help.
