    DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We booked All My Sons Moving for a long-distance move because they assured us all our furniture would be wrapped and moving blankets would be utilized so our furniture would transport safely and cleanly. Instead, they only wrapped a few select items of furniture and the rest they piled in the truck or stacked on top of each other which led to more than 10+ items of our furniture being filthy or damaged (beds, dressers, crib, couch, chairs, etc). We provided moving blankets which they didn't even use. I submitted a claim and they denied it and said once the truck is packed, they are no longer liable even if they didn't pack it the way they are supposed to and committed to. I called the claims department assuming the denied claim was a mistake and they said it was not and eventually hung up on me. They were in no way understanding or caring that we now have lost thousands of dollars in damaged furniture. If you care about your belongings at all, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Attached are a few of the 30+ photos we have of the damage. We've moved several times and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had in regards to damage and customer service. Once you pay the bill, they no longer care about you. This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I hope it helps others not make the same mistake we did in booking with All My Sons.

    We moved from one condo to another condo one building over. An easy move. For over $1,100 not including tips for the guys we had high hopes for the speed, care, and efficiency of the move. There was damage to 3 antiques, 2 tables, our newly installed counter top, our freshly painted walls, and one of our dressers was dumped in the parking lot. I sent this and more to the email address I received my payment receipt from as well as the three other All My Sons email addresses cc’d on the receipt emailed to me. Not a single one responded to my issues. I followed up again days later that they had also left a handcart. No responses. Then a call from a driver 2 days later “hey can we get our hand cart?” Basically they don’t care about your valuables, are sloppy, and have no interest in resolving client’s issues.

    I had an absolutely fantastic experience with All My Sons Moving & Storage! From start to finish, they made what is typically a stressful process smooth and easy. On moving day, the crew (Geno, Josh and Sam) arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to work. They were professional, courteous and handled my belongings with care — nothing was damaged and everything was packed and unloaded efficiently. I was especially impressed with how quickly they got everything done, without sacrificing quality. The team went above and beyond to ensure my move went smoothly. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience. If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient and professional moving company, I highly recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage!

    If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I had AMS move my heavy furniture into storage and handled all the smaller items myself. The quote given at the time of booking was wayyyyyy underestimated from my actual cost and I ended up paying 3x more for this move compared to a very similar move from a different company about 2 years prior. In addition to the exorbitant moving cost, 6 of the 8 pieces of furniture they moved were damaged. I submitted a damage claim showing all of the furniture damage and even tracked down invoiced of all the furniture proving cost, age of furniture, etc. I was offered a LAUGHABLE settlement for the damages incurred. I have tried speaking to the claims team but the customer service team gives very vague and non-quantifiable information for getting additional repair funds approved. I am so beyond disappointed in this company and will never give them my business again - partially because of the poor handling of my items but predominantly because I have only been met with sarcasm and a lack of remorse from this money-hungry company. *Most of the furniture shown in pictures was barely 2 years old and was in perfect condition prior to AMS company touching it* Update: company responded to this review and I was told to contact a number provided. I did. I have since been hung up on and no one will return my voicemails or emails. They literally make it impossible to speak with anyone. I’ve asked for a different claims specialist as mine will not respond to me and was told no. This is a HORRIBLE company and I hope legal action is taken against them. They have left me with damaged furniture and $1300 in losses from a move that I would’ve been better off doing myself.

    My experience with All My Sons was great starting from the initial contact to the time the truck left my driveway. Pricing, customer service and communication were all great! I can’t express enough how awesome Curtis and his crew were, they made the move look so easy, taking the time to wrap furniture with moving blankets and/or shrink wrap to ensure no damage. They were super friendly and so efficient from start to finish! A five star rating is well deserved guys!!! When another move comes up for me, I will definitely be calling again and let others know how great my experience was.
