Great crews Anthony Masterson refused to pay his bill. I guess asking someone to pay their bill and still waiving 100's of dollars of extra fees they should have incurred to help them out makes us bad guys. He was not prepared for the move and the house smelled of urine and fecal matter. My crew could not even get everything with the unsanitary conditions and had many workarounds to get the job done which added time onto the job. You refused to pay your bill. We were well within our legal rights to hold your belongings until the bill was paid in full which magically you all of a sudden had the money to pay for after the crew came back for the day. I'm sorry you didn't like it but how about you put the whole story out there. You were trying to get a free or greatly discounted move and we held our legal ground to secure payment for services rendered. You can literally see cat poop in one of the photos and these outstanding young men still pushed through to get your move done for you. We have the best crews in the low country. Any other company or crew would have delayed or canceled this move in these unsanitary conditions but these guys found a way to get it done because they have heart. Jaleel, Ryan, Isaiah and Clayton I commend you all for an outstanding job and keeping your composure in a difficult situation. I am proud of all of you and proud to work with you.
I contacted All My Sons for a small move. While the actual crew and team were fast and nice, the general manager was not. I called and confirmed the large items needed for the move 5 days before the move. On the confirmation call I stated I would not need more than 20 boxes. When the movers arrived, they said they didn’t have any boxes and that the general manger never wrote that down despite what I said on multiple calls. I immediately called the customer care team and they said they would work to resolve it and I asked if it would cost extra and they said no. They had no boxes available that day and said they wouldn’t until the afternoon the next day, so they said they would come back to pack up the items with the boxes in morning two days later at 8am. I called the office on Wednesday morning when I didn’t hear anything and the general manager had no idea what I was talking about (despite photos being taken of the remaining items). It seemed like they were hoping I would forget and had no one available to come out. He told me someone could come out later that day potentially “around lunch” but I would be charged for time/materials again. Which was not what I was told and he refused to honor was what agreed upon. Extremely frustrating and stressful customer service with the lack of communication between and parties and lack of accountability of their mistake. I was able to immediately book with another local moving company for half the price they were going to charge to finish the job they refused to complete as agreed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE. Moved from Charleston to GA. Used their storage. My belongings were lost, broken, wet, bugs and late. They did not come prepared to unload. Some of my belonging were obviously broken on the truck since I provided a broom to clean it up. the company states that I had to prove i purchased the items. No apologies and it took 6 days for someone to assist in getting even a claim started. Still not giving me what things are worth!!! Did not even protect my home. DONT FALL FOR THEIR LIES!!! All My Sons Moving & Storage did a great job today! Jaleel, Gabe, Troy and Ryan were professional, courteous, attentive to where my furniture and belongings were going at the new place. Furniture was wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped These four men worked as a team and were efficient and careful! They helped turn what could have been a nerve racking day into a positive “we got you” experience!
This was the worst Moving experience we have ever had. You had to pay before furniture was unloaded. furniture was broken, chipped, damaged, pieces were missing, purchased for $12 a mattress cover which they didn’t cover the whole mattress, mattresses and couches have black stains, was told they would take beds down and put them back together, they didn’t know how and asked if they could come back the next day. Couch was left on the arm standing up. The tv stand was damaged, the guy leaned on it to get up and broke it more. Obviously nothing was wrapped or padded for protection. Management would not go to apartment and see first hand what had just happened..Do not go thru the trauma of using this company. It was a nightmare
