Simply put, there is absolutely NO moving company I’ve ever had (and I’ve moved many times!) better than Affordable Movers. Period. George and his wonderful crew recently moved me, and I can attest to the fact that they handled my furniture, treasured items, and so much more with the utmost care. They’re professional, friendly, flexible, and considerate! I was truly amazed at how quickly, carefully and efficiently they moved my things! They truly are the very BEST!!

We were left in a complete panic when College Hunks canceled our move the day of—totally unprofessional and left us scrambling. Thankfully, we found Affordable Owners, and the owner himself stepped in immediately to save the day. From the very first conversation, he was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Despite the last-minute nature of our request, he and his team showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and handled our belongings with the utmost care. Moving can be so stressful, but these guys made it easy and seamless. If you’re trying to decide between these two companies, do yourself a favor and go with Affordable Owners! The owner truly cares about his customers and runs his business with integrity and top-notch service. Five stars all around! We are beyond grateful and will be recommending them to everyone we know!
Affordable Movers helped me with picking up used furniture and moving it to my Aunt’s apartment. They were fair, courteous, and went above and beyond. I would definitely hire them again or recommend to friends!
These guys were excellent. I had a very difficult gun safe to move in a historic home. Not only did they constantly communicate, they took extra care to protect all of their surroundings and got it done without a scratch, and it was not easy! They really care about what they do and how they do it, which is rare. I would highly recommend them.
The Affordable Movers of Charleston are simply the best. We needed movers to help us out in a pinch, and boy did these guys come through. Our original movers cancelled on us an hour prior to our scheduled move in time with no explanation. We called up George and his crew and they were at our place within the hour. Thanks again to these guys for coming through, would recommend to anyone that needs a professional moving crew.
