We have been using 1TP for a young while and we liked a tech that we had used but on this latest job we had Rob and what great job he has done. He was on time, polite and was great at problem solving. LOL. Thanks for the hard work we have our kitchen back. Be safe tomorrow !

Wonderful service and a very courteous staff. Despite being very busy they were able to find time to come to repair our shower cartridge. The options and upfront pricing allowed us to decide what is appropriate and they fixed the problem in a timely and courteous fashion. The service is above and beyond as they ensured that everything was working fine and even did additional service at no extra charge. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Joseph was simply OUTSTANDING! Extremely professional and took great pride and explained the proposed work in great detail. Took extra time and kindness with my elderly mother and made her feel extremely comfortable! I have will be utilizing Tom Plumber both personally and professionally!!!

Charged $1,200 to replace bath fixtures and valve (which we paid for out of pocket). This did not include fixing the hole they left in the wall. Did a good job at the installation I guess

Trey was very professional and showed up in a timely manner. Seems to have great knowledge and understanding of his trade and communicates the scope of work in a very understanding way. Would recommend 1Tom for any future plumbing issues
