1Tom Plumber is amazing! I was having so much trouble with previous plumbers and was at a loss to who I could count on. I called 1Tom and they sent me 1Joseph LOL. Joseph is awesome and I want him back every time. I’m amazed at the amount of issues him and his partner resolved in one day alone. I won’t be calling any other plumbers from here forward. Thank you so much, Joseph!

Service tech came out at scheduled time was very friendly quoted me 1200 dollars to start digging for a leak in my front yard even though he said he most likely knew where the leak was said he would have to remove my 2 of my bushes and then figure out the true price. I have zero plumbing experience. But I dug for no exaggeration less then 3 minutes, ad I knew my pipe was not deep in the ground as I told the tech, in the spot where he said thought the leak would be found and i found the crack and had it patched for less then 40 dollars of material and less then a hour of work and got to keep my bushes. Tech only seemed interested in replacing my pipes BIG EDIT After receiving a call from costumer service and speaking with David who was again extremely respectful and understood where I was coming from I am changing my review due to both the tech being extremely professional and the customer support seeing my point of view and taking the time to call and try to make things right no one's perfect so I will be giving them another chance thanks for the call.

It was really nice to meet Brandon. He is a very professional person and really does an outstanding job making himself and his employer look great. Brandon really took the time needed to fix my problem and make sure I was happy before presenting the bill. He went over the possibilities and gave me an estimate for each possibility so I would not be surprised at the end. We had to wait for the tank to drain. He sat with me outside and we had great conversations. I really enjoyed talking to him while we waited. He seemed like he was from my own generation which shows he never meets a stranger. The only part of my experience with 1-Tom-Plumbing I didn’t agree with is their pricing for. Saturday call. I had a leak fixed along with the heating elements and thermostats replaced. It cost me $1098.00. I just find that high priced. It cost me about 3 days work for a few hours work from 1-Tom-Plumbing. I do agree they do good work otherwise.

These guys are fantastic! Nick came through and solved our problem with professionalism and expertise. Everyone I have encountered with this company is courteous, professional, and productive. This is the second occasion we’ve used 1-Tom and they are our go-to plumber from now on. Thanks again, Nick! You are the best.

1-Tom in Charleston is great. Had them re-plumb 2 bathrooms. Perfect job. Very professional. Very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them.
