Thank you Darren McVay. He was a very well promoted and very detailed tech he explained what it was going to do before he did it and after he finished he want thru it again and showed my husband and myself how our system worked inside the home and on our phone. He even let us know about the medical alert button they have. Which meant a lot to us because my sister stays with us and she is a diabetic and she have very low episodes at times. This is truly a blessing for us. Thanks again Darren McVay.
