I did not have a good experience at all at Aqua Vitae in North Charleston. The first visit I was stuck four times for blood work and they couldn't get blood. They are not transparent and forthcoming about fees and costs. I never got the correct medicine mailed to me. Just not a good feeling overall with the staff and providers. On my second visit the provider was not familiar with my case-hadn't read my chart. They were pushing meds on me that I wasn't interested in and not listening to my needs and concerns. They just wanted my money and didn't really care about helping me. I really wanted to be able to recommend this place to my friends and I just can't do that based on my experience. Look elsewhere for your hormone management.
Nothing but amazing work. The costumer service has been spectacular and very convenient. So grateful for the service. Would come again!!

Quick and efficient alongside encouraging staff that gives great advice and recommendations. The price will obviously be on the higher-end but it has proven to worthwhile.
I made an appointment and was seen within 10 business days. I had testing to include blood work done on my first appointment along with a complete medical history. The front/back office staff was great. On my second appointment I was also seen within 10 days and I had my first visit with PA-Jeremy who sat down and went over my medications, medical history and recent lab work that was explained to me in layman’s terms. The financial/billing requirements were explained to me well by Michael. I received my first testosterone shot and the supplies needed to begin to do at home starting the following week that will arrive by FedEx. Very pleased with my visits and interactions.
