Bill Olson knows the greater Charleston and Summerville area very well. He facilitated me in narrowing my focus to specific areas after he provided contact for a local and trusted mortgage lender for pre-qualification. Bill’s best quality throughout the home search was his promptness and organization in reaching out to me and to the various service providers throughout the home search and purchasing process. An added bonus are the informative YouTube videos produced by Bill that continue to help me learn more about my new city.
I can’t say enough good things about Bill. I met him 4 years ago when I was coming to the Charleston area and he was so helpful in helping me find a house. It was during the great Covid house buying saga so houses were going quick. I was not in the area, so Bill would drive to the houses and facetime me for a walkthrough. He was always honest during them and I knew he wouldn’t put me in a bad house. Once we found the perfect one, he was quick to write up an offer and we snagged the house. Fast forward 4 years later and it was time to sell and I knew the only realtor I could trust was Bill. The selling process was even easier than the buying process. He talked me through everything before we even listed the house to avoid the emotions that come with such a big step. He was extremely thorough in his explanations and listened to my wants and inputs, not just running me over with what he thought was best. He made the whole process stress and hassle free. Bill is truly the most kind, trustworthy and genuine person and it translates to his characteristics as a realtor. If I could give him more stars, I would. Thank you so much Bill for everything you’ve done for my family and I! 10/10 would recommend!
Bill is truly an incredible relator! My wife and I needed to upgrade to a new house in Charleston and Bill made the entire process enjoyable and as easy as possible. He was always available whenever we had questions or wanted to go see a house. His excellent knowledge also helped guide us through the entire process. Bill Olson, is incredible. Hands down the best experience I have ever had with a realtor. I am starting residency at MUSC, moving from Indiana, and from the first point of contact he was proactive, accommodating, and extremely detail oriented. He is accessible all the time, something which we certainly took advantage of. He is quick to answer any and all questions and genuinely cared for our family in this cross country move.
