Dr. Barnes is incredible! I came in with the worst sciatic pain due to being in my third trimester. I was in so much pain and could barely walk until I came here. Within the first 2 weeks I felt so much better and now feel completely normal! I love coming here and sitting in the massage chair and getting adjusted. Dr. Barnes and his apprentice are so nice, professional, and make you feel very welcomed. Plus there’s 2 dogs upfront that are the cutest! :)
Dr. Barnes and his apprentice are very accommodating and professional and are very understanding of your pain and circumstances. I was nervous about coming in because I have been dismissed many times by medical professionals and just given a bottle of muscle relaxers and sent on my way but they took me seriously and fixed the issue at hand. I was feeling about 100% better after only a few visits! I highly recommend them for anyone unsure of which chiropractor to choose in the Charleston area. Plus they have 2 golden retrievers on site ready to greet their patients!

Dr. Barnes is an exceptional chiropractor! After a car accident left me with lower back and neck pain, I saw him several times and he provided outstanding care that truly helped me recover. My experience has been excellent! I had some sharp lower back pain, and Dr. Barnes recommended six sessions plus a follow-up for my back. With each session, I noticed positive changes and felt a lot better. I am very satisfied! I would recommend him for any chiropractic adjustments.
