Really great experience. We had the fried tomatoes appetizer, which was delicious. The burgers were great too. Drinks were yummy. We sat outside and got to see dolphins in the water while eating. The waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Really fun spot
Not hardly a better place to eat when visiting the Charleston, SC area. Atmosphere is amazing with views of Shem Creek. Such a great place with great food. Service could be a little better but they are usually very busy. So be patient but expect a pleasant dining experience!
Order nachos!!! It is a whole experience of serving the nachos as well while your waiter is taking nachos out of the metal box and out on the freshly melted cheese on top. It was so so tasty!! This place is loud and a lot of people usually hang out there at night (we went there around 9pm on Saturday) so it’s best if you have a loud company as well. Got a table in less than 5 minutes which is great! We split the fried flounder dish in between 2 of us and it was such a right move to do because this entree is GIGANTIC! It is $19 it’s a bunch of fish with 2 huge sides. Everything tasted so good and fresh! Service was great, the waiter refilled our water and gave us a bowl to drink for our dog. Overall we paid a little more than $40 for 2, which is another major win and tips are offered on the screen starting from 15% Recommend!
I got the big boy burger it was delicious. 2 burger patties, queso, and a slice of brisket. Absolutely delicious. We came out 15 minutes from our hotel to this restaurant as it was highly recommended, totally worth it. Meat was cooked to perfection, our server was very nice. The overall atmosphere was fantastic.
Good atmosphere in Shem’s Creek area. Salted Cowboy has a surprisingly large parking lot but there’s also a two-level parking deck across the street. Beautiful view of the creek and sunset. Food is average; You’re here for the view and outdoor bar areas, not necessarily the food.
