We used Seed’s food truck for our rehearsal dinner- super chill, stress free and so delicious. Jill and her co worker arrived on time and stayed most of our event serving unlimited food for two hours. They went above and beyond making our rehearsal dinner a spectacular night for us and our guests. Highly recommend a food truck for a rehearsal dinner!
Seed Catering's food truck catered our wedding celebration, and we are so glad they did! The food truck served tacos and burrito bowls, as well as a chips and dip station. Everything was so delicious! Great variety, great quality, and having a food truck added a special touch to our party! Elizabeth was personable and easy to communicate with, and we were so impressed by their professionalism and efficiency! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
We had the pleasure of having Seed cater our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with their service and cuisine! From the initial consultation to the last bite at our reception, every aspect of our experience was nothing short of perfection. For our wedding we asked Elizabeth if Seeds could do a fusion of Low Country and Mexican food for our wedding. Elizabeth was able to bring to life our vision and our guests are still raving about the food. Elizabeth and her team went above and beyond and all the food was served exactly on-time. We had such a lovely experience with Seed Catering. We used their Semilla food truck for our wedding on 7/28/2023. Our positive impression of Elizabeth and her team began a year ago when we first started communicating with her and did a tasting. She was very welcoming, had a great spread of different items for us to try, and answered all of our questions. She had me and my partner very excited to have Semilla at our wedding and we were bragging about the tacos and green chili mac and cheese all year until the actual event. At the wedding, her team was able to serve all of our guests very quickly and afterwards, we heard nothing but good things about the food. The biggest hit for our family and friends was the brussels sprouts taco and the green chili mac and cheese. Overall I greatly enjoyed working with Elizabeth, she was very communicative and always great about getting back to me quickly. I could not recommend Seed Catering enough for your event.
If I was forced to re-plan my wedding, I would make sure to make Seed Catering a part of it. The service was fast - there was no lull in festivities since guests only had to wait a few minutes for food. The food itself was delicious and filling. If you're going for a less stuffy catering solution, I can't recommend them enough. Multiple guests commented on how lovely the arrangement was as well!
