First time having wood fired pizza and it was phenomenal!!!! I ordered the Del Rae without ham, extra sauce, extra cheese. Outside of lacking the extras I ordered, it was delicious as is! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was on par for the spooky season🖤🦇It's a little spendy in price but definitely worth the occasional splurge.
Strange experience here today overall. I walked in and asked to sit at the bar. They had like 2 or 3 employees behind the bar and it took several minutes to get acknowledged. The place wasn’t busy, there was a small handful of people sitting at the bar and only a few tables sat. I ordered a 12 inch pizza and it took a lot longer to make than I expected, considering the place didn’t look slammed. I intended to eat my food there but decided last minute to take it home because I was oddly uncomfortable in there, right next to me there was a group of employees just talking casually the whole time, like they weren’t in a place of business. I’m Pretty sure the owner and manager were apart of that group. When I got home and tried the pizza it was completely bland, pretty much no flavor at all. Not to mention that my pizza and a coke was almost $23. There’s much better pizza spots with better prices and customer service around Charleston. Wouldn’t recommend this place.
Friendly service, and the pizza is the best I've had in town! We were in a hurry and had a movie to catch after dinner, and they did everything they could to accommodate us, even though it was packed. The pizza has the right amount of char, and the toppings are great. Their specials are always on point.
This place is small and so are the pizzas. However, I had one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Whatever magic happens inside the kitchen works very well. The place was packed with no signs of slowing down. Great atmosphere with even better food. Staff is also amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Great pizza, was hoping to get some for lunch, but I guess not today. Walked in with my son and no one acknowledged us for a minute even though they looked at us. The bartender eventually came over and I said it’d be just the two of us, we’ll sit outside. He told me to take a table wherever, so we did. He didn’t follow us out with menus or anything. A server came out a few minutes later and spoke with a table already seated, then just went back inside. We only sat there 5 min, but without a menu to look at or anyone even saying hello I decided we’d go elsewhere.
