Wanted to have Italian in Charleston... Indaco has a lively atmosphere, unique and engaging... warm and friendly. The food overall is average, good, but nothing special. The Focaccia bread and butter is warm, soft and delicious. Tried the meatballs... they are fine or average. Had the Tagliatelle, which is their version of Carbonara. This was a miss; I would give a B-... very salty and lacks flavor. Finally had the Grilled Squash... which was good, but dry and smokey flavored from the word burning pizza oven. Our server was very nice and informative; however, the restaurant is lacking enough staff and waited a long time between dishes and overall took 2.5 hours to eat... note to management... hire more servers and you will turn tables 2x and generate more profit and happier customers!
Overall, I would recommend Indaco... for casual Italian and a great atmosphere.

Sisters' getaway was a blast. Especially with dining experiences. Indaco was incredible. Start to finish!! Ashley, our server, made great recommendations. The sisters walked away, sated and satisfied. I will definitely be back. Bonus, leftovers made a fantastic second meal the next day. Loved the decor and absolutely loved each of our meals.

This was my first time here and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere is modern and laid back. I loved the open concept and being able to see into the kitchen and the lively atmosphere. I had the spaghetti which was amazing. The pizzas looked really good too, which I will have to try next time I come here. Everyone was very nice and the manager checked in on me and everyone. I sat at the chefs counter which was a cool area to see the chefs making food. This is a really nice upscale Italian restaurant. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Snagged a seat at the Chef's Table - best seat in the house! Seeing all of the beautiful dishes come out was amazing. Our server Matt was helpful in helping us choose. Polpette were the BEST meatballs ever! Wood fired pizza - perfect crust. We had a Sausage Pizza that was an interesting combination fennel, pickled onion, sausage with fontina and smoked mozzarella. Great vibe, great food and great people.

I literally cannot remember the last time I did not have to ask for salt or pepper with a meal. The pasta was perfectly cooked with the perfect bite, meat cooked to the perfect temperature, sides bursting with flavor and all seasoned to perfection. I cannot express how above and beyond the food was in flavor.
Kent was a wonderful host as our waiter with perfect recommendations for wine pairings throughout.
Noise is a bit loud, but seems on par for Charleston. Great atmosphere and space! We will definitely come back here next time we are through. The food is worth it 100%.
Note: I am posting pictures of their menu, but it changes weekly, so check the website!
