DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
We booked All My Sons Moving for a long-distance move because they assured us all our furniture would be wrapped and moving blankets would be utilized so our furniture would transport safely and cleanly. Instead, they only wrapped a few select items of furniture and the rest they piled in the truck or stacked on top of each other which led to more than 10+ items of our furniture being filthy or damaged (beds, dressers, crib, couch, chairs, etc). We provided moving blankets which they didn't even use.
I submitted a claim and they denied it and said once the truck is packed, they are no longer liable even if they didn't pack it the way they are supposed to and committed to. I called the claims department assuming the denied claim was a mistake and they said it was not and eventually hung up on me. They were in no way understanding or caring that we now have lost thousands of dollars in damaged furniture.
If you care about your belongings at all, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. Attached are a few of the 30+ photos we have of the damage.
We've moved several times and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had in regards to damage and customer service. Once you pay the bill, they no longer care about you. This is the first time I've ever written a review, but I hope it helps others not make the same mistake we did in booking with All My Sons.

We moved from one condo to another condo one building over. An easy move. For over $1,100 not including tips for the guys we had high hopes for the speed, care, and efficiency of the move. There was damage to 3 antiques, 2 tables, our newly installed counter top, our freshly painted walls, and one of our dressers was dumped in the parking lot. I sent this and more to the email address I received my payment receipt from as well as the three other All My Sons email addresses cc’d on the receipt emailed to me. Not a single one responded to my issues. I followed up again days later that they had also left a handcart. No responses. Then a call from a driver 2 days later “hey can we get our hand cart?” Basically they don’t care about your valuables, are sloppy, and have no interest in resolving client’s issues.

I contacted All My Sons for a small move. While the actual crew and team were fast and nice, the general manager was not. I called and confirmed the large items needed for the move 5 days before the move. On the confirmation call I stated I would not need more than 20 boxes. When the movers arrived, they said they didn’t have any boxes and that the general manger never wrote that down despite what I said on multiple calls. I immediately called the customer care team and they said they would work to resolve it and I asked if it would cost extra and they said no. They had no boxes available that day and said they wouldn’t until the afternoon the next day, so they said they would come back to pack up the items with the boxes in morning two days later at 8am. I called the office on Wednesday morning when I didn’t hear anything and the general manager had no idea what I was talking about (despite photos being taken of the remaining items). It seemed like they were hoping I would forget and had no one available to come out. He told me someone could come out later that day potentially “around lunch” but I would be charged for time/materials again. Which was not what I was told and he refused to honor was what agreed upon. Extremely frustrating and stressful customer service with the lack of communication between and parties and lack of accountability of their mistake. I was able to immediately book with another local moving company for half the price they were going to charge to finish the job they refused to complete as agreed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE. Moved from Charleston to GA. Used their storage. My belongings were lost, broken, wet, bugs and late. They did not come prepared to unload. Some of my belonging were obviously broken on the truck since I provided a broom to clean it up. the company states that I had to prove i purchased the items. No apologies and it took 6 days for someone to assist in getting even a claim started. Still not giving me what things are worth!!! Did not even protect my home. DONT FALL FOR THEIR LIES!!! This was the worst Moving experience we have ever had. You had to pay before furniture was unloaded. furniture was broken, chipped, damaged, pieces were missing, purchased for $12 a mattress cover which they didn’t cover the whole mattress, mattresses and couches have black stains, was told they would take beds down and put them back together, they didn’t know how and asked if they could come back the next day. Couch was left on the arm standing up. The tv stand was damaged, the guy leaned on it to get up and broke it more. Obviously nothing was wrapped or padded for protection. Management would not go to apartment and see first hand what had just happened..Do not go thru the trauma of using this company. It was a nightmare
